FSSW OINP 安省法语类别位于 Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) > Human Capital > Ontario Express Entry: French-Speaking Skilled Worker ,也就是法语类别首先属于加拿大联邦快速通道 Express Entry 类别,这个类别的基本尤其是申请人满足加拿大联邦技术移民(第一语言 CLB 7,近10年内1年0,A,B工作经验,满足FSW的67分评分标准)或加拿大经验类移民(近3年有一年加拿大的0,A,B工作经验,语言达到CLB 7或CLB 5)的基本要求。

Apply Online
Before submitting an application:
You may not apply directly to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) under Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. You must have received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario through your IRCC online account before you can apply to the OINP under this stream.
You must submit your online application to the OINP within 45 calendar days from the date the NOI letter was issued to you. Applications submitted outside the 45 calendar day period will not be processed.
You should gather all relevant paper work and supporting documentation required for your application. Ensure that any document that is not in English or French has been translated and certified, and notarized if required.
Filling out an online application will take up to 2 hours to complete. Once you begin, you may save your progress and complete the application at a later time.
The application fee costs $1,500. The fee covers the cost of processing your application and is non-refundable once you submit your application. Your fee must be paid online by credit card only (VISA or MasterCard) before your application can be submitted.
Note: If you receive and accept an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from IRCC or a nomination from another province or territory after you have already applied to OINP, your application fee to OINP will not be refunded. Application fees are non-refundable even if an application is withdrawn or denied, as they cover OINP’s cost of processing applications.

You will need to show proof that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate. This table shows the minimum amount you need. If you have more money, you should list the full amount in your profile or application.
All applicants must have a French-language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above in all language competencies (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) AND an English-language level of CLB 6 or above in all competencies as demonstrated through language tests.
Acceptable tests for language ability are: International English Language Testing (IELTS) (General Training Test only) or Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) (General Test only) for English testing and Test d’Évaluation de Français (TEF) for French testing.
Your TEF, IELTS or CELPIP test must have been taken within two years of submitting your application.

1) New Designated French Language Testing Organization and Test
As of December 10, 2018, the Test de connaissance du français pour le Canada (TCF Canada), administered by the Centre international d’études pédagogiques (CIEP) (available in French only) is now accepted by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. The organization was designated by Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on November 7, 2018.
The equivalencies between the Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (for French language testing) and the TCF Canada results have been established and included in the language test equivalency charts on IRCC’s website.
