萨省国际技术工人紧缺技能试点项目（International Skilled Worker Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot） 从2021年12月15日起雇主就可以递交Job Approval Forms（(JAF)）以获得Job Approval Letter（JAL）, 2022 年 1 月 15 日开始接受申请人的申请。
萨省国际技术工人紧缺技能试点项目申请要求-飞出国
- 持有萨省注册雇主的全职、长期工作offer，以及SINP Job Approval Letter（JAL）；
- 过去3年中至少有一年提名职业相关工作经验，或在萨省全职从事提名职业工作至少6个月（780小时）；
- 语言至少达到CLB 4；
- 高中及以上学历；
注：NOC 73300 运输卡车司机 这个职业必须进行Saskatchewan’s Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT)并获得有效的一级驾驶执照（ Class 1 licence ）。

* 该试点不适用于那些雇用居住在客户住所或其工作地点的NOC 44101职业的员工的雇主。
This pilot is not available to employers hiring Home Support Workers, Caregivers and related occupations (NOC 44101) who reside in the client’s residence or their place of work. Employers seeking workers to reside in the client’s residence or their place of work must utilize Canada’s Caregiver Programs for recruitment.
萨省国际技术工人紧缺技能试点项目对雇主的要求-飞出国
- 雇主必须证明自己经过努力之后依然在当地无法招聘到合格的员工，雇主在提交JAF的三个月内必须在萨省SaskJobs 平台打至少连续4周的招聘广告；
- 为支持雇佣的国际工人作为永久居民定居萨省做好准备；
- 能够提供符合萨省要求的雇主offer;

- 通过萨省在线系统递交省提名；
- 省提名通过；
- 递交移民签证申请和工签申请；
- 持工签登陆加拿大萨省；

目前，几乎每个省份都有针对低技能岗位的紧缺职业类别项目，萨省的紧缺职业类别职业还是挺宽泛，而且项目门槛低，满足最低要求就可以递交申请，无需打分，也非高分筛选。职业在该职业列表上的朋友可以考虑这个项目。
