文件格式 - 飞出国
- certified true copy，即经认证的原件的副本。可以由原件签发机构认证，也可以由签发原件的经过认可的当地机构认证，在中国：
- 学习、培训和实习相关资料：可以由签发机构或者公证人员认证；
- 工作经验：由文件签发机构认证，如社保中心，地税局等。
- Studies, training and internships：Document issuer or Notary
- Legality of professional experience ：Document issuer (examples: Local Social Insurance Offices,Local Tax Offices, etc.)
- 所提供材料的每一页都要认证为certified true copy；
- 电子版文件也需要认证为certified true copy；
- 如果材料上（即使是原件）没有盖章和原始签名，或者是电子签名，申请人就需要做certified true copy，或者由签发机构密封后寄给我们。
- 所有提交的材料都不会退回。
- 如果不能按要求提供材料，申请会被拒签。
文件的翻译要求 - 飞出国
如果您提交的材料中有非法语或英语的文件，必须提供：

源语言文件（可以是原件，certified true copy 或者是复印件）。

翻译必须有认可的译员完成：
- 翻译件上必须包括译者的名字和印章。
- 语言文档中的所有元素都必须翻译，包括印章和签名。
注意：如果原始文件是英语或法语的，但是印章是其他语言，必须将印章完整的翻译。每个翻译必须和源语言文件装订到一起。
国外文件翻译要求（飞出国）
为了翻译件能被认可，必须由以下人员翻译：
- 专业机构的会员或者经授权可以进行专业翻译的译员；
- 签发原件的国家大使馆或领事馆的翻译部门的译员（如适用）；
- 签发原件的机构的翻译部门的译员（如适用）；

为了翻译件能被认可，必须由以下人员翻译：
- 签发原件的国家大使馆或领事馆的翻译部门的译员（如适用）；
或者以下协会的会员：
- the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ);
- the Association of Translators andInterpreters of Ontario (ATIO);
- the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (STIBC);
- the Corporation of Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters of New Brunswick (CTINB).
The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion has adopted specific rules governing document requirements.
Document format
When you submit an Application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec or a request for an Évaluation comparative des études effectuées hors Québec, you must make sure to provide the documents requested in the required format (original, certified true copy or photocopy).
For the Application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec, you must provide the documents requested for each of the people included in your application (you, your spouse and the children accompanying you).
Refer to the following forms to find out the requirements regarding the type of documents to be submitted as well as their format and translation:

Remember that:
- the format certified true copy indicates that the copy of the document you are submitting must be certified as true to the original either by the issuer of the document or by a recognized authority in the country or territory that issued the document. To find out which authorities are authorized to certify a document as true, refer to the List of authorities recognized for certifying documents;
- every page of the documents provided must be certified as true by a recognized authority;
- electronic documents must also be certified as true to the original by a recognized authority;
- if a document, including an original, does not feature a seal and original signature or if it features an electronic signature, you must have the document certified as true by a recognized authority or have it sent to us by the issuer in a sealed envelope;
- the documents you submit will not be returned;
- failure to respect the documentary requirements will lead to the refusal of your application.
Translation of documents
If you submit documents or parts of documents in a language other than French or English, you must provide:
the document in the original language, in the format indicated (original, certified true copy or photocopy).
the original of the complete translation done by a recognized translator
- The translation must include the translator’s name and seal.
- All elements in the document in the original language must be translated. This includes seals and signatures.
Note: If the original document is written in French or English but includes a seal in another language, you must absolutely have the seal translated. Each translation must be stapled to its corresponding document in the original language.
Abroad
In order for translations to be recognized, they must be done by:
- a translator who is a member of a professional order or who is authorized to act professionally as such;
- a translator from the translation department of the embassy or consulate of the country or territory that issued the original document (if applicable);
- a translator from the translation department of the institution that issued the original document (if applicable).
In Québec and Canada
In order for translations to be recognized, they must be done by:
- a translator who is a member of the translation department of the embassy or consulate of the country or territory that issued the original document (if applicable);
or a translator who is a member of:
- the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ);
- the Association of Translators andInterpreters of Ontario (ATIO);

Translations done by a non-recognized person will be rejected.
The Ministère keeps all originals of translations you submit.
