飞出国：2017年8月28日，BC PNP 正式宣布启动科技行业试点移民计划（BC PNP Tech Pilot），本次实施一共有 32 类职业进入紧缺清单，这些职业申请人可以每周获得邀请，要求分数将比普通技术移民分数低，处理速度也会比较快。
这次出台的32类紧缺职业里，大部分是ICT和工程师职业，其次还有采购经理，广告营销经理，作家，编辑，广播，音频，电影，表演，平面插图等文化艺术类职业，另外还有批发类技术销售代表。
该清单会根据 BC 省劳动力市场的调整而不断调整，飞出国会不断跟进。
