飞出国：为了鼓励偏远地区移民，南澳州担保对已经在南澳工作的申请人允许偏远地区申请人在技能工作岗位上工作6个月后就可以提交州担保，而在阿德莱德地区工作的则需要工作满12个月才符合南澳境内州担保递交条件。

对在南澳境内可以递交申请的工签持有者来说，他们的职业可以是任何南澳州担保职业（包括 SNOL 里的 Special Conditions apply 职业和 SSL 上的职业），且雅思只需要满足澳洲移民部要求的 Competent 英语要求（雅思4个6）。
对当前在南澳工作的 457 或 482 工签持有者，如果当前的工签长度超过一年需要提供雇主支持申请人移民的证明且移民局可能会对雇主进行调查。
Applicants currently working in South Australia have access to a larger list of occupations for state nomination.
You can access:
- State Nominated Occupation List (including Special Conditions apply occupations)
- Supplementary Skilled List occupations
- State nomination for the Permanent 190 visa for occupations listed as ‘Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only’
The requirement for these occupations is that you are currently working for the last 6 months in a country region of South Australia or the last 12 months in Greater Adelaide in your nominated or closely related occupation (for a minimum 20 hours per week).
If you are currently working in a skilled occupation in South Australia you only need to meet the Department of Home Affairs minimum requirement of competent English (unless your occupation requires registration in South Australia - see 6.5 on the skilled nomination requirements page)
Please note: you will still need to meet Immigration SA’s work experience requirement listed under skilled nomination requirement 5. The qualification you have completed must be included and recognised on your skills assessment. Australian or overseas qualifications are acceptable.
To be considered to be working in a country region of South Australia, you must be employed and residing in an area outside of Greater Adelaide. View the full list of eligible country region postcodes.
If you are a 457 or 482 visa holder with more than 12 months remaining on your visa, you will need to include a letter from your current employer in your state nomination application. Your current employer will need to confirm that they consent to you applying for state nomination for a 489 or 190 visa. Immigration SA may also contact your employer directly to verify the information provided.
