什么是健康承诺？ Health undertaking-飞出国
健康承诺是申请人与澳大利亚政府达成的满足健康要求的协议。 健康承诺可确保申请人在需要时向境内健康服务提供者跟进任何重大健康状况。
A health undertaking is an agreement you make with the Australian Government to meet the health requirement. A health undertaking helps us ensure that you follow up any significant health conditions with an onshore health provider if you need to.
申请人什么情况需要签署健康承诺？ Who must sign a health undertaking-飞出国
- 申请人如果是以下情况且有重大的健康状况，移民局会需要申请人签署健康承诺：
- 申请人是在澳洲境外做的体检，或者
- 申请人申请的是庇护签证
- 如果申请人患有活动性肺结核的风险增加，移民局通常会要求申请人签署健康承诺：
- 曾经接受过肺结核治疗
- 移民体检中X光的结果有异常
- 如果申请人有以下健康状况，也会被要求签署健康承诺：
- 肺结核
- 艾滋
- 乙肝或丙肝
- 麻风病
- 如果移民局要求申请人签署健康承诺，但是申请人没有签署，则可能拒签
We may ask you to sign a health undertaking if you have a significant health condition and:
- you had your health examinations outside Australia, or
- you apply for a protection visa
We usually ask you to sign a health undertaking if you are at increased risk of developing active tuberculosis. For example, you might:
- have previously been treated for tuberculosis, or
- the chest x-ray you had during your health examinations is abnormal
We may also ask you to sign a health undertaking if you have another significant health condition such as:
- tuberculosis
- HIV
- hepatitis B or C
- Hansen’s disease
If you do not sign a health undertaking when we ask you to, we will not grant you a visa.
如何签署健康承诺 How to sign a health undertaking
如果申请人有必要签署健康承诺，移民局签证官会进行告知的，该健康承诺表格的签署会需要申请人提供一位在澳州境内联系人（比如亲戚，朋友，雇主或者学校等）的地址和联系方式。
签署健康承诺后的事宜 What you must do once you have signed
- 签署健康承诺则代表申请人同意在抵达澳大利亚的四周内与移民医疗服务机构BUPA联络，电话1300 794 919（周一至周五上午9点至下午5点半）（如果是在澳洲境内的获签的申请人，则无需联系，因为BUPA已将申请人介绍给澳大利亚的一家医疗诊所，可以进行免费的首次健康检查，如有必要，会安排对应的治疗。）
- 签署健康承诺，则代表申请人同意：
- 如果需要的话，BUPA会建议申请人去澳洲某个州或者领地的健康诊所，且
- 完成进一步检查或者治疗
- 申请人需要保留健康承诺表格的备份，以便完成对应的流程。
- 庇护签证申请人需要在收到Request for Information Letter的28天内联系BUPA。如果被要求到的话，需要去澳洲的健康诊所检查。
- 如果是庇护签证申请人，且在申请签证期间由于怀孕没有做X光检查，选择签署健康承诺，则需要在孩子出生后，尤其是收到Request for Information Letter后联系BUPA，进行X光检查。
