You may be eligible for this job offer-exempt category if you have graduated from an eligible B.C. post-secondary institution with an eligible masters or doctorate (PhD) degree within the past three years. Masters degrees and doctorates are eligible if your program of study was in the natural, applied, or health sciences:
agriculture
biological and biomedical sciences
computer and information sciences and support services
The following requirements are mandatory in the BC PNP’s EEBC – International Post-Graduate category. You must:
have obtained an IRCC Express Entry profile number and a Job Seeker Validation Code that indicates you meet the criteria for one of the federal economic immigration programs subject to IRCC’s Express Entry system:

Your graduate degree (master’s or doctorate) must be in one of the following programs of study in the natural, applied or health sciences as defined by Statistics Canada’s Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) 2016:

biological and biomedical sciences (CIP 26)
computer and information sciences and support services (CIP 11)
engineering (CIP 14)
engineering technology and engineering-related fields (CIP 15)
health professions and related programs (CIP 51)
mathematics and statistics (CIP 27)
natural resources conservation (CIP 03)
physical sciences (CIP 40)

Express Entry BC connects to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry system to speed up the permanent residence process.
Which graduate degrees are valid?
You must have graduated in the last three years with a master’s or doctorate (PhD) degree in the natural, applied or health sciences:
agriculture
biological and biomedical sciences
computer and information sciences and support services
have received an Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry system. This shows you meet the minimum criteria for one of IRCC’s Express Entry programs:
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada
have completed a valid graduate program of study at an eligible post-secondary institution in B.C. in the last three years.
show your intent and ability to live in B.C.
