A12.1 部长赞成的forms

A12.1.1 forms和leaflets的调整

A12.1.1 Alteration of forms and leaflets
The content of most forms must be approved by the Chief Executive of the Department of Labour. Processing offices must not alter the text of numbered forms and leaflets in any way, although suggestions for changes will be considered if:
- a.they are made to the Service Design Group, National Office; and
- b.the form or leaflet number is quoted.
A12.1.5 forms和leaflets的有效性

- b b.Where a form is amended and approved by the Chief Executive of the Department of Labour, that amended form will be the only approved form for lodging an application from the date of amendment onwards except where the Chief Executive has also approved the continued use of the previous form for a specified period of time. Where the Chief Executive approves the continued use of a previous form for a specified time applicants applying on that form may be required to submit any additional information required by the amended form before a decision is made on the application.
A12.1.5 Validity of forms and leaflets
- a.The month and year of the initial print of, or the last amendment to, an INZ form or leaflet is shown at the bottom of the last page of the document.
- b.Where a form is amended and approved by the Chief Executive of the Department of Labour, that amended form will be the only approved form for lodging an application from the date of amendment onwards except where the Chief Executive has also approved the continued use of the previous form for a specified period of time. A12.1.10 Numbered forms and leaflets
- a.Numbered forms and leaflets have a shoulder number (usually at the bottom of the last page), prefixed by the letters “INZ”.
- b.Always identify forms and leaflets by quoting the relevant shoulder number to :
- i.simplify stock management and ordering; and
- ii.avoid confusion when there may be more than one form with a similar name.
A12.5 申请人无需因forms缴费
申请forms是免费的。
A 12.5.1 Supply to customers
- a 所有处理事务的官员应该尽可能的为顾客提供forms和leaflets，新西兰移民局顾客包括公众成员，licensed或者免签的移民，旅游机构，律师或者社区组织等；
- b 订购odering suppliers时候，官员必须考虑顾客的需求；
- c forms 列表，指南或者其他的leaflets很容易从新西兰移民局网站上进行下载；网址：(www.immigration.govt.nz/forms).
A12.5 Applicants must not be charged for forms
Application forms are to be made available to applicants free of charge.
A12.5.1 Supply to customers
- a.All processing offices must supply forms and leaflets to customers in their area of responsibility. INZ customers include members of the public, licensed or exempt immigration advisers, travel agents, solicitors or community groups.
- b.When ordering supplies, offices must take into consideration the needs of their customers.
- A list of forms, guides and other leaflets will be available for download and use from the INZ website (www.immigration.govt.nz/forms).
A12.5.5 Supplies to licensed or exempt immigration advisers
当注册的或者免签的的移民顾问按照新西兰的要求大量forms和leaflets，他们可以直接向converga要求相关材料。
A12.5.5 Supplies to licensed or exempt immigration advisers
When licensed or exempt immigration advisers based in New Zealand require large numbers of forms and leaflets regularly they may request Converga to deliver the forms and leaflets direct to the immigration adviser.
A12.5.10 怎样订购
新西兰移民局分支，MFAT官员以及注册的或者面前的移民顾问需要直接向convergaorder他们的forms和leaflets，建立一个账户printlogistics@converga.co.nz.
A12.5.10 How to order
INZ branches, MFAT offices and external licensed or exempt immigration advisers must order their forms and leaflets directly from Converga. To set up an account email printlogistics@converga.co.nz.
A12.10 打印
- a 新西兰移民局和blue star group之间存在的为打印和供应的协议：
- i 所有的leaflets；
- ii 申请表；
- iii 大部分的其他的申请表；
A12.10 Printing
- a.A supply agreement exists between INZ and Blue Star Group for printing and/or supplying:
- i.all leaflets; and
- ii.application forms; and
- iii.most other forms.
Note: no office may print their own numbered forms or leaflets without first consulting Service Support, Immigration Group.
