A11.1 投诉

A11.1 Complaints

An individual or group may make complaints against INZ to the above commissioners or committee, or investigations may originate from within these organisations themselves.

A11.5 关于投诉的回应

  • a 处理投诉事件,包括对其他专员的投诉和对监察署的投诉一致;
  • b 所有的处理都需要参照国际办公室决策小组;
  • c 留在新西兰处理关于委员的投诉时没有权利的;

A11.5 Correspondence relating to these complaints

  • a.Procedures for dealing with correspondence involving complaints to the other Commissioners are the same as for complaints to the Ombudsmen.
  • b.All such correspondence should be referred to the Resolutions team in National Office.
  • c.There is no right to remain in New Zealand pending the outcome of any complaint to other Commissioners.
