2023年，PEIPNP 项目类别共有7个项目类别，分别是
- PEI Express Entry PEI EE类别
- Critical Workers 关键工人类别
- Skilled Workers 技术工人类别
- Occupations in Demand 紧缺职业类别
- Intermediate Experience Stream 中等技能经验类别
- International Graduates 国际留学生类别
- Work Permit Stream PEI工签企业家类别
PEI 项目均采用打分制度，邀请的时候采用高分到低分来邀请。
其中，PEI EE类别单独使用一个打分系统。PEI工签企业家类别单独使用一个打分系统。
其余的几个省提名项目均均采用同一个Labour 打分体系。
截至2023年8月，PEI PNP近一年的邀请情况如下：
*Invitations to Apply under the Critical Worker Stream for the July 20, 2023 and August 17, 2023 draws were issued to individuals working for a PEI Employer with a minimum EOI score of 50.
**Invitations to Apply for the August 3, 2023 draw were issued to individuals working in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Construction, Hotel/Accommodation, and Agriculture sectors.
Business Invitations over last 12 months - 3%
Labour Invitations over last 12 months - 97%

在2023年7月20日至2023年8月17日的邀请中，针对 Critical Workers 关键工人类别的邀请条件为：目前正在PEI 为雇主工作，且EOI打分达到50分。
在2023年8月3日的邀请中，PEI只邀请了医疗保健、制造业、食品加工、建筑、酒店/住宿和农业 领域的相关职业。
没有列出特殊邀请条件的情况下，很可能就是满足了基本条件后均可以获得邀请。
