项目类别变化
目前，家庭儿童护理员试点（home child care provider - NOC 44100）和家庭支持工作者试点（home support worker - NOC 44101）项目划分为两大申请类别：
- 获得经验类别Gaining experience category：该类别针对那些没有在加拿大从事全职caregiver工作或者caregiver工作经验少于24个月的申请人（包括当前正在加拿大做全职caregiver工作，或者最近在加拿大做过全职caregiver工作的申请人）。
- 直接申请PR类别Direct to permanent residence category：在过去36个月内，已经拥有24个月及以上的全职caregiver工作经验，可以直接递交caregiver项目 PR申请。
项目配额划分更明确
家庭儿童护理员试点和家庭支持工作者试点依然是各2750个配额。但是目前配额划分更加明确。
家庭儿童护理员试点（home child care provider - NOC 44100）项目配额：

获得经验类别Gaining experience category：1650个配额
- 在线申请 1,500 个配额
- 其他形式申请150 个配额

直接申请PR类别Direct to permanent residence category：1100个配额
- 在线申请 1,000 个配额
- 其他形式申请100 个配额
家庭支持工作者试点（home support worker - NOC 44101）项目：
-
获得经验类别Gaining experience category：1650个配额
- 在线申请 1,500 个配额
- 其他形式申请150 个配额

Home Child Care Provider Pilot
- Gaining experience category: 1,650 applications
- This includes 1,500 online applications and 150 alternate format applications.
- Direct to permanent residence category: 1,100 applications
- This includes 1,000 online applications and 100 alternate format applications.
Home Support Worker Pilot
- Gaining experience category: 1,650 applications
- This total includes both online and alternate format applications.
- Direct to permanent residence category: 1,100 applications
- This total includes both online and alternate format applications.
申请流程
对于获得经验类别Gaining experience category的申请人来说，申请流程上和之前差不多，依然是要求工签申请和PR申请同时递交。申请人先拿到工签入境工作，工作满24个月之后向移民局递交工作证明材料，移民局继续审理申请人的PR申请，然后PR获批。
对于目前正在加拿大做家庭儿童护理（home child care provider - NOC 44100）和家庭支持工作（home support worker - NOC 44101）的申请人，申请人可以按照试点项目要求递交工签和PR申请（即使申请人已经持有别的工作许可），获得工作许可后继续积累工作经验，然后递交工作证明材料以继续自己的PR申请；或者申请人继续持原有工作许可积累工作经验，工作满24个月后，直接按照直接申请PR类别Direct to permanent residence category递交PR申请。
If you’re already working in Canada
If you’re already working in Canada as a home child care provider or home support worker, you can do one of the following:
- apply to one of these pilots to complete your work experience.
- You must submit a work permit application with your application for permanent residence, even if you already have a valid work permit.
- keep working on your current work permit until you have 24 months of work experience.
- If you choose to keep working on your current work permit, follow the instructions for caregivers who have 24 months of qualifying work experience (Direct to permanent residence category) when you have enough work experience.
随从家庭成员工签和学签申请
在之前，由于家庭儿童护理员和家庭支持工作者属于C类职业，因此申请人的配偶在申请期间无法持开放工签和申请人一起到加拿大工作（申请人的孩子是可以持学签到加拿大读书）。从2023年开始，申请人的配偶也可以申请开放工签到加拿大工作了。
随从家庭成员有两种方式来申请工签和学签：
- 在主申请人递交PR申请同时为随行家庭成员递交工签或者学签申请；
- 在主申请人递交了PR申请后单独给随行家庭成员递交工签或者学签申请（单独的工签和学签申请必须是在线申请，且必须是主申请人的PR申请收到确认信后才可以递交）；
Bringing family members with you to Canada
Your family members are also eligible to come with you to Canada. If they want to work or study while in Canada:
- you can include their work or study permit applications with your permanent residence application, or
- they can apply for a work or study permit separately, after you submit your permanent residence application
You don’t have to submit temporary resident applications for family members who aren’t coming with you to Canada when you apply.
If your application is approved, any family members you list as “accompanying” in your permanent resident application (on the IMM0008 Generic Application for Canada form) will get permanent resident status with you.
If your family members apply for a permit separately
- They must apply for their work or study permit online and
- onlyafter you get a letter that
- confirms we received your permanent residence application (an acknowledgement of receipt letter), and
- includes an **application number that starts with an ‘E’**You must wait for this specific letter to submit your family member’s application. You can’t use either of these:
- letters with a temporary application number (that starts with an ‘X’)
- automated email notifications you get after you submit your permanent residence application in the PR portal
当前配合使用情况
当前，家庭支持工作者试点（home support worker - NOC 44101）下的获得经验类别和直接申请PR类别都在接收申请！
但是家庭儿童护理员试点（home child care provider - NOC 44100）项目下的获得经验类别的在线申请名额在2023年1月1日开放当天配额就已经用完，申请人只有等2024年1月1日项目重新放配额后才能递交获得经验类别的申请。
The Home Support Worker Pilot is open to new applications
In 2023, we’ll accept up to the following number of applications in each category:
- Gaining experience category: 1,650 applications
- Direct to permanent residence category: 1,100 applications
The Home Child Care Provider Pilot
The online application cap has been reached for the Gaining experience category
We reached the cap for online applications for this pilot’s Gaining experience category on January 1st, 2023. This means the pilot is closed to new online applications for 2023. You won’t be able to start or submit an application for this category in our portal. Applications that weren’t submitted will expire after about 30 days.
Online applications for this category will reopen in 2024. You can also explore other immigration programs.
