飞出国：南澳国际留学生州担保类别申请人可以使用 SNOL 和 SSL 职业列表上的所有职业（包括 Special Conditions apply occupations），对境外只能申请489的职业，南澳留学生也可以申请190。当然如果申请人留学地点除了南澳还有其他地区就要参考南澳州担保定居承诺部分要求： 2019年7月3日开放，这些南澳州担保细节你需要了解 。
南澳国际留学生类别申请要求 - 飞出国 201907
- 满足南澳基本担保要求： 2019年7月南澳州担保要求及政策分析 - 2019-20年度南澳州担保政策解析 ，包括定居南澳意向，职业评估，年龄45周岁内，雅思4个6成绩，满足 EOI 65分（包括州担保分数）
- 提名职业与读书的专业一致（对口）
- 最少是 CRICOS 注册的46周课程
- 最少 50% 以上的课程是在南澳完成的
- 工作：已经在南澳技能工作上工作3个月（每周20小时） 或 近3年内有1年南澳技能工作经验（南澳基本的工作经验要求），如果需要澳洲工作经验加分，则最少已经在澳洲工作半年 或 满足工作经验豁免要求（优秀毕业生，在南澳长久定居-2012年3月后就在南澳定居，雅思4个7或总分7.5）
- 对职业列表里对工作经验有额外要求的（例如2-5年相关工作经验），则要求申请人最少已经在南澳该提名职业上工作3个月以上，有些职业可能要求申请人已经在南澳工作12个月或6个月（南澳偏远乡村地区）
- 技能工作经验必须是毕业后工作经验
飞出国 201907：如果申请人满足上面要求就可以用补充职业列表（SSL）或常规州担保职业列表（SNOL）上特殊条件职业申请南澳州担保：
- 如果申请人当前居住在南澳，则申请人只要完成 VET 及以上学历且已经在南澳技能职业上工作3个月（或3年内有1年南澳技能工作经验）就可以使用全部职业申请南澳州担保；
- 如果当前申请人在澳洲境外，则需要在南澳完成本科及以上学历才可以申请所有这些职业，这时要满足近3年内有1年南澳技能工作经验的要求（如果需要澳洲工作经验加分则需要最少有6个月的工作是在南澳取得的）。
- 如果申请人当前在其他州则不符合南澳州担保申请要求，如果申请人在境外但在南澳完成的是本科以下学历则也不符合南澳留学生列表申请要求，只能申请普通职业
南澳留学生类别工作经验豁免 - 飞出国 201907
下面三种情况可以豁免南澳的工作经验要求（近3年内1年南澳技能工作经验或职业列表里的额外工作经验要求）：
- 南澳优秀毕业生 High performing graduate：Flinders University 弗林德斯大学 The University of Adelaide 阿德雷德大学 University of South Australia 南澳大学 三所大学的博士，研究型硕士；GPA 6.0 以上的本科（2年以上学制），优秀荣誉学士，GPA 6.0 以上的授课型硕士学位
- 长久居住在南澳的申请人 Long-term resident in South Australia：2012年3月后到现在一直在南澳居住，并且当前已经在南澳工作3个月（不限职业，二周40个小时）或 当前在南澳就读一年以上的学术课程
- 英语高分 High English：雅思4个7（PTE 4个65）或雅思总分7.5（PTE 总分73），这种情况可以豁免3年内1年的工作经验要求但对具体职业有额外2-5年相关工作经验要求的，则需要申请人当前在南澳且已经有提名职业3个月的工作经验
飞出国注：对职业评估机构有额外工作经验要求的要首先满足评估机构的工作经验要求，同时，工作经验是一个评分项，申请人还需要考虑在豁免工作经验的情况下分数是否达标。
南澳留学生类别额外英语成绩豁免 - 飞出国 201907
下面情况下申请人只需要满足澳洲移民部要求的基本英语成绩（Competent English）而不需要考虑职业额外的英语成绩要求：
- 南澳优秀毕业生 High performing graduate
- 当前已经在南澳技能职业上全职工作（每周20小时）
飞出国 201907：南澳留学生也可以豁免财政要求证明，需要父母出具担保证明。这个中国申请人一般不需要。
International graduate occupation and waiver requirements - South Australia - flyabroad
International graduates of South Australia have access to a larger list of occupations for state nomination and can access waivers.
You can access:
- State Nominated Occupation List (including Special Conditions apply occupations)
- Supplementary Skilled List occupations
- State nomination for the Permanent 190 visa for occupations listed as ‘Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only’
- If you have studied or worked interstate as well as in South Australia, please see 1.3 under skilled nomination requirements.
Requirements for these occupations are detailed below.
General requirements - International graduates of South Australia - flyabroad
9.1 If you are an international graduate of South Australia, you must meet the following general requirements:
9.1.1 If you are applying as an international graduate of South Australia, you must meet the same state nomination requirements for commitment to state, age, skills assessment, work experience, English and financial capacity. You may be able to access waivers or exemptions in relation to work experience, English, and financial capacity. Please check the requirements listed under the relevant headings.
9.1.2 Your South Australian qualification must be in the same field as your nominated occupation.
9.1.3 Your South Australian qualification must be CRICOS registered with a minimum duration of one academic year (CRICOS registered for a minimum of 46 weeks).
9.1.4 If any of your studies were undertaken outside of South Australia, a minimum of 50% of your qualification must have been completed in South Australia.
9.1.5 You must be currently working for the last 3 months in a skilled occupation in South Australia (minimum 40 hours per fortnight)*
OR
Have met the general work experience requirement as per nomination requirement 5. If you are claiming Australian work experience, the last 6 months of this must be South Australian work experience.
OR
Meet the work experience waiver requirements* listed in 9.4 below.
- If your occupation is listed as requiring additional work experience in the field (for example, 2-5 years work experience in the field), you must be currently working for the last 3 months in your nominated occupation or closely related occupation in South Australia (minimum 40 hours per fortnight). Some of these occupations require you to be currently working for the last 12 months in South Australia (or currently working for the last 6 months in a country region of South Australia) in your nominated or closely related occupation (minimum 40 hours per fortnight) post-graduation. 9.1.6 For skilled work experience to be considered, it must be post-graduation work experience in a skilled occupation listed on the State Nominated Occupation Lists.
9.1.7 Immigration SA is able to offer a limited number of nominations for occupations that appear as special conditions or on the Supplementary Skilled List. Planning levels apply to all occupations and availability is subject to change. Priority will be given to applicants based on length of employment in South Australia.
Supplementary Skilled List and Special Conditions Occupations - International graduates of South Australia - flyabroad
9.2 Access to Supplementary Skilled List and occupations with Special Conditions for South Australian international graduates have been aligned so they are the same for both lists.
You can access Supplementary Skilled List and Special Conditions Apply occupations if you meet the general requirements under 9.1 and the following requirements:
9.2.1 If you are currently residing in South Australia, you can access these occupations if you have completed a Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification (for example, Diploma or Certificate) or higher in South Australia.
9.2.2 If you are currently residing offshore, you can access these occupations if you have completed a Bachelor degree or higher in South Australia and have met the general work experience requirement as per nomination requirement 5. If you are claiming Australian work experience, the last six months of this must be South Australian work experience.

Waiver and exemptions - International graduates of South Australia - flyabroad
International graduates of South Australia with a positive skills assessment for their skilled occupation, currently working in South Australia who do not meet all of the state nomination requirements, could still be eligible for state nomination.
Exemptions or waivers will be provided if you are an international graduate of South Australia and you meet the requirements under the following headings at the bottom of this page:
- Skilled work experience waiver
- Financial requirement waiver
- English language exemption

9.4 South Australian graduates can access a work experience waiver via the following categories:
9.4.1 High performing graduate
You can access a work experience waiver for both occupation lists if you meet one of the following high performing graduate categories. You will need to continue to reside in South Australia post-graduation and have completed one of the following qualifications from a South Australian public university ( within the last two years ) with the required Grade Point Average (GPA) listed below:
- Completed a PhD or Masters by Research
- GPA of 6.0 or above in a Bachelor Degree
- First Class Honours in a dedicated Honours year (following completion of a Bachelor degree in South Australia)
- GPA of 6.0 or above in Masters by Coursework degree (following completion of a Bachelor degree in South Australia).
You can apply for state nomination for either a 489 or 190 visa (note: some occupations are restricted to a 489 only, see the occupation lists).
An alternative 489 provisional visa only pathway is available to graduates achieving 5.2 to 5.99 GPA in their South Australian bachelor’s degree or a GPA in this same range in a masters by coursework degree in South Australia following completion of a prior bachelor’s degree in South Australia.
The three South Australian public universities are: Flinders University, University of Adelaide and University of South Australia.
Your bachelor’s degree in South Australia must be CRICOS registered for a minimum of 92 weeks.

9.4.2 Long-term resident in South Australia
You are a long-term resident of South Australia who:
- is a current or former international student residing in South Australia; AND
- has resided continually in South Australia since March 2012 or earlier and continues to reside in South Australia; AND
- is currently working in South Australia in any occupation (including lower skilled occupations) for at least the last 3 months (minimum of 40 hours per fortnight) OR is currently studying a course with a minimum duration of one academic year in South Australia.

9.4.3 High English
Your occupation is listed as ‘available or low availability’*, you are continuing to reside in South Australia post-graduation and you meet the following:
- Proficient English in each score (or Proficient Plus overall)
If you are accessing this waiver, you are only eligible to apply for state nomination for a provisional 489 visa.
- Additional work experience required (this applies to the High English waiver): If your occupation requires 2 – 5 years work experience in the field, you must be currently working for the last 3 months in your nominated or closely related occupation in South Australia (minimum 40 hours per fortnight). Some of these occupations require you to be currently working for the last 12 months in South Australia (or currently working for the last 6 months in a country region of South Australia) in your nominated or closely related occupation (minimum 40 hours per fortnight) post-graduation - see 9.1.5.
Financial requirement waiver
9.6 If you are onshore and a South Australian international graduate, you can claim financial support from your parents. Your parents will need to complete the Financial Capacity Declaration to meet this requirement.
English language exemption
9.7 High performing graduates residing in South Australia are exempt from state nomination English requirements for all occupation lists (including Supplementary Skilled List occupations or Special conditions apply occupations). You must still meet the minimum English requirement listed under 9.9 below.
9.8 International graduates of South Australia who are currently working in a skilled occupation in South Australia (minimum 40 hours per fortnight), are exempt from the Immigration SA state nomination English requirement for your occupation. You must still meet the minimum English requirement listed under 9.9 below.
9.9 You must still meet the minimum Department of Home Affairs requirement of ‘competent’ English.
9.10 Health and Education professionals requiring registration will need to upload evidence of current registration to practice in South Australia.
