飞出国：2017年6月6日加拿大快速通道评分系统 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) 更新了新的调整，结合2016年11月19日的调整，当前 EE CRS 里加拿大兄弟姐妹，法语，加拿大学历，都有了额外加分，加拿大雇主加分从600降低到00职业200分，其他职业50分。详见最新 EE CRS 评分标准： Express Entry 联邦快速通道 - 飞出国技术移民

2017年1月4日，加拿大快速通道移民放出第一轮邀请，2902人，468分。2016年11月19日，加拿大EE评分标准做出调整，雇主担保分数由600将到50（少数高管职业是200分），国际学生额外15或30分加分。但基本申请条件没有变化，包括首先要符合 FSW，FST 或 CEC 中的任何一种才能进入EE，然后按 Express Entry CRS 评分标准再次评分然后排序率先。

加拿大联邦 EE 申请无雇主offer要求，无职业限制，不需要考虑各省受限职业，面向自身条件好的申请人(学历高，年龄轻，语言好，有加拿大学历，加拿大工作，加拿大offer的更占优势），当前分数 441 分以上就有机会直接获得EE邀请，而不需要走省提名。

申请进度动态变化，申请人增多签证进度慢一点合理，邀请后周期也不会拖太长，个体之间进度差异也再所难免。

截止到现在加拿大 EE 累计捞取 85748 人，历次最低分 434 分，历次最高分 886分。

加拿大EE不要求申请人有雇主offer，也没有职业和专业限制，对加拿大受管制职业也不要求获得省政府的认证，适合学历高，年龄轻，语言好或有加拿大亲属、加拿大留学经历申请人。

加拿大快速通道2017年统计数据 - 飞出国

飞出国：加拿大 Express Entry 截止到 2017年3月29日有 51671 个有效候选人，其中401-450 之间申请人一万一千多人，低于400分想被EE直接邀请还看不到希望；351-400 申请人最多 21036 ，属于申请人最多的分数区间，获得雇主offer有希望被EE；301-350 15580，也不少省提名是最好选择；EE CRS 评分低于 300 分的还有接近 2800，只能等省提名了。

(2) Foreign nationals who, on May 26, 2017, at 16:35:48 UTC, have been assigned a total of 199 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 10.3 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, gives the annexed Ministerial Instructions Respecting Invitations to Apply for Permanent Residence under the Express Entry System (May 26, 2017).

Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 25, 2017, and ending on May 26, 2017, is:

in the case of foreign nationals who are members of the class referred to in paragraph 2(d) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, 143; and

in any other case, zero.

省提名和联邦技工单独邀请，雇主offer只有50分后，FST 申请人大惨，看，最低的只有199分。看起来ee要么继续改革，要么就是这么不靠谱的把 fst 单独拿出来。失去了逻辑一致性，与 Express Entry CRS 原则相悖。

第63轮，联邦技工类别之外的申请人，共邀请143人，最低分数775分，可见都是省提名。

第64轮，单独邀请了联邦技工类别申请人，共邀请400人，最低分数199分！
