飞出国 TAS 489 ：在塔州全日制读书一年，完成学位，专科或技工学历，在塔州生活一年，随行家庭成员当前也生活在塔州的符合塔州 489 类别里的留学生类别。
塔州留学生类别不要求申请人有job offer，也不需要申请人职业在塔州紧缺列表上，也没有额外雅思要求。 申请人只需要通过职业评估，雅思4个6，同时够 EOI 的 65 分（包括489偏远地区担保10分）： 2017 年澳大利亚技术评分标准 Australia General Skilled Migration (GSM) Points test 。

Subclass 489 - Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa
To be considered for this category, you must meet all of the following criteria.
You must have completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania . The course undertaken:
must be a degree (bachelor or any higher degree), a diploma (advanced, associate or graduate) or a trade qualification (minimum Cert III level for a skilled occupation in Major Group 3 in ANZSCO )
must have a minimum duration of one academic year (40 weeks).
must be full time and on site in Tasmania
you have lived in the state for at least 1 year during your period of study
you and your dependants are currently living in Tasmania and can provide evidence of your ongoing genuine commitment
