空中乘务员为飞机乘客提供服务以保障其安全及舒适。

Flight Attendant 451711空中乘务员属于VETASSESS评估的Group D职业，要求至少有等同于澳洲Certificate III层次学历才可以。申请人可以通过以下四类途径之一满足评估要求：

Certificate IV层次学历且专业是与提名职业高度相关的，那么需要近五年内有一年与提名职业相关的工作经验
Certificate IV层次学历但专业不是与提名职业相关的，那么需要近五年内有两年与提名职业相关的工作经验
Certificate II层次学历且专业是与提名职业高度相关的，那么需要近五年内有三年与提名职业相关的工作经验
如果申请人的相关工作经验是在获得Certificate III或者Certificate IV学历之前的，那么可以是近五年内有一年相关工作经验的基础上，有额外三年相关的工作经验。

Flight Attendant 451711空中乘务员要求至少有Certificate III学历，相关专业可以是航空（机组人员）Aviation (Cabin Crew), 旅行和旅游管理Travel and Tourism Management, 酒店管理Hospitality Management以及客户服务管理Customer Service Management.
工作经验要求，学历前的工作经验可以纳入职评考虑范围内，高度相关的工作职责，包括：

管理安全和应急程序并发布公告 managing safety and emergency procedures and making public announcements
协调向乘客销售商品并完成可能需要的任何海关和移民文件 coordinating the sale of goods to passengers and completion of any customs and immigration documentation which may be required
对安全设备和程序进行安全检查和演示 conducting safety checks and demonstrations of safety equipment and procedures
协助旅客进行应急演练，执行应急程序，在紧急情况下协助和指挥旅客 assisting passengers in emergency drills, carrying out emergency procedures, assisting and directing passengers in emergencies
检查乘客的机票并引导他们到座位和客舱 checking passengers’ tickets and directing them to seats and cabins
整理飞机、轮船和铁路客舱，接收和存放食品、设备和随身行李
tidying aircraft, ship and railway cabins, and receiving and stowing food, equipment and cabin baggage
操作厨房，为乘客准备和加热食物，提供点心和膳食 operating galleys, preparing and heating food for passengers, and serving refreshments and meals
分发阅读材料、枕头、毯子和其他便利设施，让乘客感到舒适 distributing reading material, pillows, blankets and other amenities for the comfort of passengers
