- Construction Project Manager 133111施工项目经理属于VETASSESS评估的Group A职业，要求至少有等同于澳洲本科层次学历才可以，专业必须与提名职业相关才可以，且相关专业学历后有一年提名职业相关工作经验。如果学历没达到本科层次，或者专业不相关，或者工作履历都是在拿到相关专业学历之前的，都不符合要求。
This occupation requires a qualification that is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher degree*.
In addition to this, applicants must possess at least one year of highly relevant postqualification employment, at an appropriate skill level, in the last five years. If the qualification(s) are not at the required educational level, and/or not in a highly relevant field of study, or if the employment has been completed prior to the qualification, then the overall assessment outcome will be negative.

In order to be considered as a Construction Project Manager, the position must be involved with construction projects and in a position of authority to determine and direct the procurement of the construction projects. The position should involve establishing and monitoring the construction schedule, determining the human resources required, determine construction methodology to be adopted, have input relating to tendering, manage liaison with key stakeholders such as clients / consultants / authorities. They are also expected to execute the progress reports and evaluate the risks of budget deviation and time delays and determine the course of action required to mitigate these risks. In terms of reporting line, they are expected to be involved in construction supervision overseeing a team of site managers, project engineers, site foremen, tradespersons, and consultants.
