首先确认邮箱地址正确： chinesequal@vetassess.com.au ，然后看退回邮件里显示的发送不成功错误码或页面给出的错误信息，一般原因是附件整体太大了。
单个文件不超过2M就可以，这个是CDGDC要求的文件大小，VET CQV 当然会按这个要求申请人。和邮件发不过去没有关系。
When sending the required documents to chinesequal@vetassess.com.au, please note:
- The scanned clear colour copies must be in A4 size portions without any size reduction (except photos) and must be legible when printed on A4 sized paper
- Documents must be colour scanned from the original document. Identification documents (e.g passport bio-page) are required to be colour scanned from the notarial certificates or properly certified copies
- Scanned documents must be in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG with a file size of 2MB or less. Note that PDF files or zip files cannot be accepted.
