vet中国学历认证怎么一直发邮件失败？不是2mb以下就行

一共25个JPG格式的文件彩色扫描件，每个扫描件不超过2MB，一共是25MB左右。给VET负责学历认证的邮箱发送，一直发送不过去，想知道是为什么？是全部文件加起来不能超过2MB吗？

首先确认邮箱地址正确： chinesequal@vetassess.com.au ，然后看退回邮件里显示的发送不成功错误码或页面给出的错误信息，一般原因是附件整体太大了。

单个文件不超过2M就可以，这个是CDGDC要求的文件大小，VET CQV 当然会按这个要求申请人。和邮件发不过去没有关系。

When sending the required documents to chinesequal@vetassess.com.au, please note:

  • The scanned clear colour copies must be in A4 size portions without any size reduction (except photos) and must be legible when printed on A4 sized paper
  • Documents must be colour scanned from the original document. Identification documents (e.g passport bio-page) are required to be colour scanned from the notarial certificates or properly certified copies
  • Scanned documents must be in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG with a file size of 2MB or less. Note that PDF files or zip files cannot be accepted.

感谢！如果我把全部文件分为几个邮件发给VET可以吗？

VET学历递交的邮件可以分为几个邮件发送。
标题最好注明Document Submission-VET file number, Name,和part 1，2，3的字样， 以免case officer漏掉， 在邮件正文说明自己要发送的邮件个数。
不过， 在附件大小和邮箱允许的情况下， 最好是一次邮件发送。
