申请流程概述： 填写个人信息，上传以下列出的文件，支付费用，提交。提交申请之后申请人会收到Email确认信。申请完成后，无犯罪证明会通过邮寄的方式寄到申请人在线填的接收地址。申请费中已经包含了邮寄费，所以申请人无需在支付邮寄费。
以下为详细的材料要求。
英国无犯罪证明在线申请需要的材料和信息
- 上传 - 2个证明当前地址的票据；
- 上传 - 近期的护照规格的照片；
- 上传 - 护照首页扫描件；
- 上传 - 其他必要的合法文件（如有）；
- 有效的电子邮件地址；
- 背书；
- 信用卡信息。
注意： 1-4需要在线上传，文件大小不能超过2M，文件格式可以是JPG, GIF, TIF 或 PDF，但是照片的格式只能是JPG, GIF或 TIF。如果缺少文件，申请是无法提交。
在线申请信息不能保存只能一次进行到底，如果在线没有完成就退出了，则需要重新申请。
地址证明
申请人需要提供2个不同类型的地址证明文件，文件上需要有申请人的名字和地址，必须是近6个月的。可以接受的问件有：
- 银行对账单；
- 账单；
- 电话费账单；
- 医生或牙医的信函；
- 学习的信函。
注： 如果提供信函，需要有签名，日期，并打印在公司信头纸上。
费用支付
- 标准服务： 45英镑，处理周期为10个工作日，不包含签收和邮寄时间。
- 加急服务： 80英镑，处理周期为2个工作日，不包含签收和邮寄时间。
在线申请费用支付给： Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire
支付方式： debit or credit card
What you will need
To submit an application online you need to:
- Upload TWO different official proofs of your current address;
- Upload a recent passport style colour photograph;
- Upload copies of your passport(s) / travel document / official photographic identity document;
- Upload copies of any necessary legal documents e.g. Power of Attorney, authorisation document, signed letter of authority etc (if applicable);
- Provide a valid e-mail address
- Provide endorser details
- Pay by credit or debit card
The documents referred to in points 1 to 4 above must be saved on your computer to be uploaded to the application form. Each document must be no more than 2MB in size and in JPG, GIF, TIF or PDF file format (passport photograph must be in JPG, GIF or TIF only).
Completing the form online
Once you start the online process you will not be able to save your application and return to complete it later on. If you exit the application or your session is inactive for more than 60 minutes your data will be deleted and you will have to start the application again.
Proofs of address
It is important that you provide copies of TWO different official proofs of your current address which must clearly show your name and address, and must both be dated within the last six months. The documents must be saved on your computer to be uploaded electronically. Valid proofs of address include:
- Bank statements
- Utility bills
- Phone bills
- Letter from your doctor or dentist
- Letter from your school or college
Letters from your doctor, dentist, school or college should be signed and dated on company headed pape
Passport(s) / travel document / official photographic identity document
You must provide copies of your passport(s) / travel document / other official photographic identity document. Copies of your passport(s) / travel document must clearly show your photograph, personal information, expiry date, nationality, machine readable zone, extension pages and signature (if applicable). Copies of other official photographic identity documents should show as many of these features as possible.
Passport photograph
You must provide one recent passport style photograph that clearly identifies you (the applicant). This photograph will be included on your Police Certificate. Your photograph should meet the same standards required for a UK passport (approximately 45mm x 35mm). To view guidance on acceptable photographs, please click here.
Your photograph must be no more than 2MB in size and in JPG, GIF or TIF file format. Click here for instructions on how to change the file type of your photograph.
Endorser details
Please note that your application must be endorsed by a suitable individual. Click here for a list of possible endorsers. As part of our endorsement process we may need to contact your endorser to confirm your identity. You must provide your endorser’s email address as we may send your passport photograph to your endorser as part of our check. We will also require their full name, occupation, relationship to you (e.g. friend, employer etc. but NOT family) and a telephone number.
Third party applications
ACRO can only supply personal data to the individual to whom it relates. If you are making an application on behalf of someone else (this is known as a ‘third party application’) you will need to provide a signed letter of authorisation from the person whose data is being requested plus proofs of identity that show the true applicant’s signature as detailed above. Valid proofs include a copy of the passport, driving licence or identity card. You must have scanned copies of these documents saved to your computer or device and upload them when prompted.
Payment
There are two service options available for your Police Certificate:
Standard service £45.00 (10 working days, not including dates of receipt or dispatch)
Premium service £80.00 (2 working days, not including dates of receipt or dispatch)
To apply online you will need to make your payment to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire via the Worldpay payment service using a debit or credit card. We accept the following card types only: MasterCard ，JCB ，Maestro， Visa
Please note that Worldpay will require your email address to send you confirmation that they have received your payment. You will not be able to submit your application online without a valid email address.
You can contact ACRO Customer Services to cancel your application at any time after payment has been completed and your application form has been submitted. Cancellation of your application will incur an administration fee of £10, which will be deducted from any refund.
What happens once you submit your application?
We will notify you by email when we have received your application. We will process your request and send your Police Certificate to the postal address shown on your application form and confirmed by your proofs of address and/or to the delivery address specified on your application. The Standard and Premium service fees include 1st class postage to a UK address or standard airmail to an overseas address. We cannot send Police Certificates by email.
If there is an issue with your application and we have to contact you for further information, your application may be delayed.
