1. 给纽约州办理机构发邮件 [email protected] 和 [email protected]. 告诉对方自己是在美国还是其他地方，提供地址， 并要求邮寄表单 Request for MorphoTrust USA Cardscan Fingerprinting Services – NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services Record Review Program" application form
2. 对方将表单邮寄到在美国或其他的地方地址
3. 在当地打指模， 填写随信所附表单， 信用卡信息附在表中， 寄回表单所附地址， 大概会扣60美元左右手续费 ，也可以用汇票， 对方名称 MorphoTrust USA。地址：
