加拿大境内合法的临时居民（有效的学习许可或者工作许可），可以在离境前申请用于返回加拿大的临时居住签证
首先要满足以下条件:
- 申请人是合法进入加拿大的学生或外籍工人， 且有居住地址
- 当前的临时居住身份是有效的

在线申请是 97 days 纸质申请是 114 days。

- 学习许可/工作许可
- Canada Post的预付费空信封 24*32cm
- 学习证明及成绩单
- 在职证明
- 资金证明
- 返程机票或行程单（如有）
- 未成年人独自出行或与父母一方出行，需要有监护权证明文件或监护权授权说明信
- 体检完成的证明
- 在线付费CAD$100, 然后把收据打印出来
