目前加拿大各省的基本途径是拿到offer， 申请省提名的方式来最终拿到pr。 有一些省份有自己的优先职业列表， 通常成为科技试点项目。 目前， 有三个省份， 有这样的项目， 分别是阿省EE Accelerated Tech Pathway项目， BC省PNP Tech 项目， 萨省Tech Talent Pathway。
1. 阿省EE Accelerated Tech Pathway项目

这三个科技试点的项目， 本质上都是省提名项目的优先处理职业， 这些职业是该省的紧缺职业。 也就是这些职业的申请人， 如果要申请该项目， 需要满足本省的条件要求包括学历语言和工作经验的要求， 比如说阿尔伯塔省EE Accelerated Tech Pathway项目只有EE 类别，申请人除了要满足EE要求外，还必须在联邦CRS打分方面有优势。
