飞出国： 从2021年6月1日起，澳大利亚的出入境记录International Movement Records可以在线查询了（详见：2021年6月1日起可以在线提交澳大利亚出入境记录查询申请了），那提交在线申请的时候需要提交哪些材料呢？接下来小编就给大家总结一下吧。

基于申请人的身份不同，所需的申请材料也不同，分为以下三种情况：

1. 申请人就是本人

  • 带照片的身份证明文件
    • 带照片的身份证明文件。这可以是护照、驾照或其他政府颁发的带照片的身份证；
    • 带照片的身份证明文件必须有效，不接受过期的身份证件；
    • 请勿提交旧护照扫描件；
    • 不需要为您持有的每一本护照单独提交申请。移民局将提供您所有护照(当前和旧护照)的澳洲出入境记录。
  • 更名证明
    • 如果您更换过名字，则需要提交更名证明。这可以是结婚证、更名公证、离婚证。

To help us find your movement records you will need to attach a copy of:

  1. Your Current Photo ID
  • Current photographic Identity Document (photo ID). This could be a passport, drivers licence or other government issued photo ID card.
  • Your photo ID must be valid - we do not accept expired identity documents.
  • Do not attach copies of old passports. We do not need these to find your movement records.
  • Do not submit a separate request for every passport you have held. We will provide Australian movement records across all of your passports (current and old).
  1. Proof of any name changes
  • If you have had another name, you will need to attach proof of your name change.
  • Documents to support a name change include:
    • marriage certificates
    • change of name certificates
    • divorce orders (decree nisi).

2. 申请人是被授权的第三方

  • 签署的书面同意书
    • 授权方签署的书面同意书。书面同意书需要说明被授权的第三方可以代表他们申请出入境记录，并包括双方的全名和签名；
    • 执业律师及移民代理可提交956表格的扫描件作为书面同意书；

To access someone else’s records (where they are not your child under 18 years of age) you will need:

  1. Signed written consent
  • Attach signed written consent from the person you are requesting records for. The written consent needs to state that you can request movement records on their behalf and include the full name and signature of both parties.
  • Legal Practitioners and Migration Agents can attach a copy of Form 956 as written consent
  • If you don’t have written consent, or the person is deceased, you will need to request these records under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
  1. Photo ID of the person whose records you are requesting
  • Current photographic Identity Document (photo ID). This could be their passport, drivers licence or other government issued photo ID card.
  • Their photo ID must be valid. We do not accept expired identity documents.
  • Do not attach copies of their old passports. We don’t need these to find all their movement records.
  • Do not submit a separate request for every passport they have held. We will provide Australian movement records across all of their passports (current and old).

To access your child’s movement records, (where they are under 18 years of age) you will need to attach a copy of:

  1. Proof of Parental Responsibility
  • Proof that you have parental responsibility for your child. There must be no orders restricting your access to their movement records.
  • Acceptable proof can include your child’s birth certificate, adoption papers, or court orders.
  1. Your Photo ID
  • Current photographic Identity Document (photo ID). This could be your passport, drivers licence or other government issued photo ID card.
  • Your photo ID must be valid. We do not accept expired identity documents.

  • Current photographic Identity Document (photo ID). This could be your child’s passport or other government issued photo ID card.
  • Your child’s photo ID must be valid. We do not accept expired identity documents.

注：

  • 所有非英语文件必须有相应的翻译件；

  • 每个文件大小不超过3MB,总文档大小不能超过15MB；
  • 不同的文件要分开上传，且每个文件要命名好。
  • All Non-English documents must be translated.​
  • You don’t need to have any documents certified unless we ask you for these.
  • Accepted file types are PDF, JPG, and PNG.
  • The maximum file size is 3 MB each. Documents cannot be more than 15 MB in total.
  • You must attach each document separately, with a different file name for each.
