飞出国：目前由于疫情影响，边境封锁，澳大利亚公民和永久居民是不能出境的，但是如果满足以下至少一项，是可以申请旅行豁免的:
- 您的旅行是为了应对 COVID-19 疫情，包括提供援助；
- 您的旅行是为了您的企业/雇主；
- 去境外接受澳大利亚无法提供的紧急医疗服务；
- 出于令人信服的理由在澳大利亚境外旅行三个月或更长时间；
- 出于令人同情和令人信服的理由旅行；
- 您的旅行符合国家利益。
If you are an Australian citizen or a permanent resident you cannot leave Australia due to COVID-19 restrictions unless you have an exemption. You can apply online but you must meet at least one of the following:
- your travel is as part of the response to the COVID-19 outbreak, including the provision of aid
- your travel is for your business/employer
- you are travelling to receive urgent medical treatment that is not available in Australia
- you are travelling outside Australia for a compelling reason for three months or longer
- you are travelling on compelling or compassionate grounds
- your travel is in the national interest.
以下是关于出境旅行豁免的新规：
- 旅行豁免只允许出境一次，除非是规定的多次使用的豁免；
- 在2021年2月9日之前提交的旅行豁免没有有效期，只要出境旅行的原因保持一致，就一直有效；
- 在2021年2月9日及之后提交的旅行豁免有三个月的有效期（自批准之日起），申请人需要在有效期内出境，如果在有效期内没有出境，再出境就需要重新申请旅行豁免了。
- a travel exemption is valid for one outwards movement only, unless it is a stipulated multiple use exemption
- travel exemptions lodged prior to 9 February 2021 do not have a validity period and remain valid as long as the reason for travel remains the same
- travel exemptions lodged on 9 February 2021 onward have a three month travel validity from date of approval and remain valid for on outwards movement during this period, at the completion of the validity period if no movement has required they traveller will be required to apply again.
