可以申请 secondary review，这种认为专业和职业不相关具有主观性，移民局会根据之前提供资料进行评估。review 周期会比较长，可能要2年才有结果。
具体要求如下：
Please note that application decisions based on humanitarian or compassionate grounds are not included within the mandate of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
A second review of applications will be carried out upon receipt of a written justification outlining the reason for the review, either due to an error made in the application process, or in the assessment of the application based on the criteria in place at the time of application.
Information originally submitted during the initial application will be considered during the second review. Additional documents will be accepted only if a processing error was made by the SINP that resulted in the information not being considered.
A second review may be requested within 45 days of the date of the ineligible letter issued by the SINP.
