本科学习期间学校组织过有学分的13周实习，成绩单上有标明internship和持续时间是13 weeks，能不能用这个证明工作经验？
成绩单大概是这个样子的：
实习老板也写过推荐信给我，但是那时是为了推荐留学写的，虽然有提到实习时长和参加的项目，但整封信就是夸我如何适合further study，这封信也能作为证明材料提交上去么？

For each job declared in the application for a selection certificate:
- Work attestation or certificate
Each work attestation or certificate must be printed on company letterhead and
contain the following information:
- job duration (start date and end date of the job);
- number of hours worked per week;
- positions that you held and the period during which you held each position;
- brief description of tasks;
- contact information for the employer (including phone number);
- name of the signatory written in block letters;
- signature of the signatory and date.

推荐信不用盖章
现在关于工作经验的材料是不是只有推荐信了，也就是说，我做好抬头，用英文列出你刚回复的内容，我只要找一个比我职位高的同事，签字即可。还有其他的吗？（关于工作经验的）
