1、本科学历土木工程（civil engineer),资历Bachelor of engineering,但是我的职位与工程类不匹配，是不是不能加分？目前我从事的职业是Project Builder(133112),这个职位要求资历Bachelor of Construction or Applied Technology. .building。国内土木工程专业去施工单位专业和工作完全对口，我已经是项目经理并且拥有注册执业证书（一级建造师），这种情况是否可以紧缺加分？
2、我的工作经历曾经有一段是劳务派遣的，有社保没合同，社保名称是派遣公司不是我实际就职的公司，这种情况如何证明？建筑公司没合同没社保派遣很多。
3、我有土木本科还有区域经济学硕士，都是全日制，我都是以本科专业就业，这种情况学历加分是否可以以硕士60分来申请？
4、紧缺工作经验加分，还有下面的紧缺工作学历加分是否可以同时拿？
5、工作经历的调查移民局是如何调查的（国内）？

紧缺工作职业加分看的是职业 “having employment in an area of absolute skills shortage”，要加紧缺职业加分需要满足该职业的具体要求。国内在注册执业证书不能替代学历要求。
工作用推荐信证明，主要电话调查申请人本人，也有可能电话调查雇主。硕士学历可以加分。想获得紧缺专业加分也同样需要满足下面要求。

我想了解的是，我的学历专业土木工程是否可以和建造师职位要求的学历专业匹配，或者是否可以建立联系？比如我国土木工程专业就业方向之一就是项目施工（直至做到项目经理），NZ土木专业似乎和我的不太一样，因为我土木专业是大土木，不像名校那样分的很细分出桥梁、道路等等！我是国内一个211学校，但是我们土木学院都没细分专业，就是全叫土木工程，研究生之后就会分出很细的专业，比如结构工程的等等！而且据我所知我们也没有建造学士这个学位，要么工学学士、管理学士、建筑当然也有！这个感觉很麻烦
你可以考虑提名 133111 ，土木学位可以。移民局看的是学位，不会考虑那么多。按规定你的情况是没法按 133112 加紧缺分的。

满足不了，十年工作经验不到，而且派遣的估计还有可能算不了。还有就是他这个项目经理括号里面有专业要求，我是房屋建造的，路就修过一条，那个时候还是施工员！
仔细研究了下，不考虑项目经理职位，工作内容相关的话似乎233211也靠的上或者233214，这里似乎要做ipenz评估，但是认定的工作经验就要短很多，请大神看看，主要想确定能不能过140，不然就不浪费这个时间了
