飞出国澳大利亚无犯罪证明申请办理流程

一、两种申请方式：

1、邮寄申请（地址详见申请表）：
从AFP下载并填写 NPC Application Form 填写后邮寄给AFP：

2、在线申请： https://afpnationalpolicechecks.converga.com.au/
注：Code Number 选 33，Department of Immigration and Border Protection 。

二、申请费用：
澳洲无犯罪费用 $42.00 澳币，可以汇票，收款人：Australian Federal Police.也可以直接信用卡支付。

三、其他事项：
1、如在维州或昆士兰呆过并有驾照的话需要提供交通记录（Traffic History 或 Licence History），如果没驾照也需要当地交管局出具无驾照证明。

2、加拿大技术移民办理过程中，如需澳洲无犯罪证明的情况：
只需要 AFP 出具的 Standard Disclosure - name check，不要申请 Complete Disclosure，不需要 Fingerprint Check。

申请移民时，18周岁之后在一个国家累计居住超过半年的就有可能被要求提供无犯罪。

如果当前已经离开澳洲，那么澳洲无犯罪就没有有效期限制了。因为只需要证明原先没有犯罪记录。

如果当前还在，那么一般来说有效期也是6个月，有的签证要求3个月。国外无犯罪往往是最后阶段才需要提供，何时办理请根据拒签签证要求安排时间。

由澳大利亚联邦警察发出的国家警察检查所需的处理时间大约是15 - 20工作日。

The current processing time for a routine National Police Check is approximately 15 working days from the date it is received by Criminal Records. Please be aware that processing times for National Police Checks may vary as the AFP may need to seek information from other police jurisdictions.
