但请注意：作废的是这一版清单，不是该州的州担保本身——各州通常每年重发清单、调整资格与路径，当年的偏远担保 489 已演进为 491；190 仍在，但清单与资格已多次改版。看到本帖不要据此判断「这条路没了」。
但帖内涉及的商业投资移民是另一回事：132（商业天才）已于 2021-07-01 停收新申请，188/BIIP（商业创新投资）已于 2024-07 起关闭新申请——这两条路目前没有了，勿再按帖内条件准备。

昆士兰 2016 年7月25日调整 190 技术移民担保清单Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL)和州担保要求（主要是 188 和 132 商业移民）。QLD 移民事务处 7月14 - 7月22 号间暂停处理 EOI 。
Business and Skilled Migration, Queensland (BSMQ) is pleased to announce that new Queensland Business Criteria for the Business, Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) and a new Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) will come into effect on Monday 25 July 2016.
BSMQ will suspend processing Expressions of Interest (EOI) from 14 July until 22 July 2016 and recommence processing under the new criteria on Monday 25 July 2016.
New Queensland BIIP Criteria & New Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) to come into effect from 25 July 2016
Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) is pleased to announce that new Queensland Business Criteria for the Business, Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) and a new Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) has been approved by the Queensland Government. These changes will come into effect from Monday 25 July 2016.
The headline changes include:
Subclass 132 Business Talent (Significant Business History Stream)
Net Business and Personal Assets of AUD$1.5 million to be transferred to Queensland within 2 years after visa is granted including:
- minimum AUD$1million investment in a business
- minimum AUD$500,000 settlement costs
- must reside in Queensland.
Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment
- Innovation Stream: Net Business and Personal Assets of AUD$800,000 to be transferred to Queensland within 2 years after visa is granted including:
- minimum AUD$200,000 investment in a business
- must reside in Queensland
- Investor stream:
- Existing criteria remains the same
- must reside in Queensland
- Significant Investor Stream (SIV):
- current Austrade Complying Investment Framework
- commitment to Queensland.
Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL)
The new QSOL will be released and come into effect as of Monday 25 July 2016.
BSMQ will suspend processing Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Thursday 14 July until Friday 22 July 2016 in order to update the relevant fact sheets and application forms, and the new QSOL on this website.
From Monday 25 July 2016, BSMQ will commence processing EOI’s under the newly approved business criteria & QSOL list.
