昆士兰 2016 年7月25日调整 190 技术移民担保清单Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL)和州担保要求（主要是 188 和 132 商业移民）。QLD 移民事务处 7月14 - 7月22 号间暂停处理 EOI 。

Business and Skilled Migration, Queensland (BSMQ) is pleased to announce that new Queensland Business Criteria for the Business, Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) and a new Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) will come into effect on Monday 25 July 2016.

BSMQ will suspend processing Expressions of Interest (EOI) from 14 July until 22 July 2016 and recommence processing under the new criteria on Monday 25 July 2016.

New Queensland BIIP Criteria & New Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) to come into effect from 25 July 2016

Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) is pleased to announce that new Queensland Business Criteria for the Business, Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) and a new Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL) has been approved by the Queensland Government. These changes will come into effect from Monday 25 July 2016.

The headline changes include:

Subclass 132 Business Talent (Significant Business History Stream)

Net Business and Personal Assets of AUD$1.5 million to be transferred to Queensland within 2 years after visa is granted including:

  • minimum AUD$1million investment in a business
  • minimum AUD$500,000 settlement costs
  • must reside in Queensland.

Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment

  1. Innovation Stream: Net Business and Personal Assets of AUD$800,000 to be transferred to Queensland within 2 years after visa is granted including:
    • minimum AUD$200,000 investment in a business
    • must reside in Queensland
  2. Investor stream:
    • Existing criteria remains the same
    • must reside in Queensland
  3. Significant Investor Stream (SIV):
    • current Austrade Complying Investment Framework
    • commitment to Queensland.

Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL)

The new QSOL will be released and come into effect as of Monday 25 July 2016.

BSMQ will suspend processing Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Thursday 14 July until Friday 22 July 2016 in order to update the relevant fact sheets and application forms, and the new QSOL on this website.

From Monday 25 July 2016, BSMQ will commence processing EOI’s under the newly approved business criteria & QSOL list.

看起来昆州对小生意也大开绿灯，QLD 188 和 132 商业移民要求都降低了。725 后：

昆州 132 类别投资额由原来的150万澳币降低为100万澳币。

昆州 188A 类别的投资额从50万澳币（黄金海岸、布里斯班）或是30万澳币（其它地区）统一下调到移民局的标准投资额20万澳币，折合人民币不足100万元！。

申请人只需拥有80万澳币以上的家庭资产，企业年营业额达到50万澳币以上(可两个公司相加)便可。

188 签证是临时签证，分为四个类别：

  • 商业创新类别（Business Innovation stream - BIV）：面向具备商业技能且有意在澳大利亚创办、发展和管理新企业或现有企业的人士，需要州提名。
  • 投资者类别（Investor stream - IV）：面向有意在澳大利亚某州或领地的指定投资项目投资至少 150 万澳元，并在澳大利亚保持商业和投资活动的人士，需要州提名。
  • 重大投资者类别（Significant Investor stream - SIV）：面向有意对澳大利亚合规投资项目投资至少 500 万澳元，并在澳大利亚保持商业和投资活动的人士。申请人必须先获得澳大利亚某州或领地政府或澳贸委提名。
  • 至尊投资者类别（Premium Investor stream - PIV）：面向有意对澳大利亚合规高端投资项目投资至少 1500 万澳元，并长期在澳大利亚保持商业和投资活动的人士。申请人先必须获得澳贸委提名，不需要州提名。

188 类都是临时签证，4类里前3类都需要州担保，第4个需要澳贸委批准。后期需要通过 888 签证转永居。

132 商业天才签证准许申请人在澳大利亚开办企业或发展现有企业，是澳洲唯一一个一步到位的永居居民绿卡。

132 类也需要州担保，共分为两个类别：

  • 杰出经商历史或杰出商业背景类别（Significant Business History stream - SBH）：面向有意在澳大利亚经商的杰出企业主。
  • 风险资本创业家或风险投资企业家类别（Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream - VCE）：面向已从澳大利亚风险投资协会(AVCAL)会员筹得风险投资资金的商业人士。
