飞出国：为了减少招聘障碍，萨省移民提名计划（SINP）将接受相关工作经验，以便申请人在Hard-to-Fill（HFS）技术试点项目下申请。这一变化将支持雇主寻找候选人，以解决半熟练和低技能职业的紧缺劳动力空缺问题，这些职业往往只需要在职培训即可。
自2023年3月2日起，某些国家职业分类（NOC）的工作经验将在HFS下被视为相关和合格的工作经验。

要获得符合HFS资格的NOC的相关工作经验，您必须在过去三年中在单个相关职业中至少有一年的全职工作经验。多个相关职业工作以满足一年的全职工作经验将不被接受。所有其他HFS资格标准均适用。
请注意，在申请具有相关经验的工作许可时，工人必须证明他们具有完成工作的知识、令人满意的经验和/或身体能力。如果工人申请的工作许可具有与所述NOC不同的职业经验，他们需要提供尽可能多的证据证明他们已经履行了职责（例如，证据可以是前雇主的来信）。
