飞出国：上篇文章我们提到联邦对RNIP项目申请人设定的基本要求。然而想成功申请 RNIP项目必须符合联邦 和 社区的双重要求才可以。 接下来，我们一起来看下安省Sault Ste. Marie社区对申请人的要求以及具体地申请流程。
Sault Ste. Marie 要求评分达到70分以上的申请人，社区才会考虑推荐，打分标准如下：
1. 工作Offer 加分
获得以下优先NOC 职业类别的申请人加 55分
- NOC-11 - Professional occupations in business and finance 商业和金融类职业
- NOC-21 - Professional occupations in natural and applied sciences自然科学和应用科学类职业
- NOC-30 - Professional occupations in nursing 护理类
- NOC-31 - Professional occupations in health (except nursing) 卫生、医学和健康类（护理除外）
- NOC-40 - Professional occupations in education services 教育服务类
- NOC-74 - Other installers, repairers and servicers and material handler其他安装，维修和保养人员以及物料搬运员
- NOC-75 - Transport and heavy equipment operation and related maintenance occupations运输和重型设备操作以及相关的维护职业
- NOC-76 - Trades helpers, construction labourers and related occupations佣工助手，建筑工人和相关职业
- NOC-22 - Technical occupations related to natural and applied sciences.自然科学和应用科学相关技术职业。
- NOC-32 - Technical occupations in health卫生技术职业
- NOC-34 - Assisting occupations in support of health services.卫生服务支持类
- NOC-44 - Care providers and educational, legal and public protection support occupations 护理、护工提供者以及教育，法律和公共保护支持职业
- NOC-72 - Industrial, electrical and construction trades工业，电气和建筑行业
- NOC-92 - Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators 加工，制造和公共事业主管和中控操作员
- NOC-94 - Processing and manufacturing machine operators and related production workers 加工和机器制造操作员及相关生产工人
- NOC-95 - Assemblers in manufacturing制造业中的装配人员
- NOC-96 - Labourers in processing, manufacturing and utilities从事加工，制造和公用事业的劳动力
- NOC-07-09 - Middle management occupations in trades, transportation, production and utilities贸易，运输，生产和公用事业中层管理人员

注：如果申请人所持offer不是以上优先职业类别，社区推荐委员会酌情考虑。
2. 申请人年龄加分
- 18-36岁 (+6分)
- 37-47 岁 (+3分)
- 48岁及以上 (+ 2分)
3. 申请人工作经验加分（针对于以上优先职业申请人）
- 2 年工作经验 (+2分)
- 3 年共作经验 (+4分)
- 4 年共作经验 (+6分)
- 5年共作经验 (+8分)
- 6年以上工作经验 (+10 分)
- 额外加分：在过去5年内申请在Sault Ste. Marie 社区有一年以上连续工作 （+8分）
4. 申请人在Sault Ste. Marie大专以上学历加分

过去5年内2年以上学习 （+6分)

过去5年内1年学习 (+3 分)
5. 社区居住加分

申请人在Sault Ste的边界内拥有房产，且在申请时居住在该房产中 （+8分）

申请人在Sault Ste的边界内有租房，且在申请时居住在该出租房中 （+4分）
注： 可能会要求申请人提供银行的抵押声明或信件以证明房屋所有权。
6. 社区关系加分
- 申请人有家庭成员（父母，兄弟姐妹，子女）是永久居民或加拿大公民，在Sault Ste的边界内居住至少一年 （+10分）
- 申请人有亲属（祖父母，叔叔，姨妈，表弟，侄女或侄子），朋友或认识的已建立的社区组织的代表人员是加拿大的永久居民或公民且居住在Sault Ste边界内至少一年 （+5分）
注：有特殊关系加分的申请人需要提供关系证明材料
对于在申请之前从未在Sault Ste. Marie居住的申请人：
7. Sault Ste. Marie 访问加分
申请人在过去3年内访问过Sault Ste. Marie ，至少居住5个晚上且在访问期间至少与2位雇主就工作问题进行会面 (+8 分)
注：需要提供酒店住宿发票以及和雇主会面的证明材料
8. 申请人对Sault Ste的娱乐，文化或生活方式有真正的了解并对其感兴趣。 （+5分）。
以下是针对有配偶或同居伴侣的申请人：
9. 申请人的配偶或伴侣有上述优先职业工作offer （+10分）
或
申请人的配偶或伴侣有至少两年的以上优先职业工作经验（全职和连续的工作） （+5分）
10. 申请人的配偶或同居伴侣的英语或法语技能要达到CLB / NCLC 5以上水平 （+5分）
申请流程
申请人确保自己符合联邦的要求以及Sault Ste. Marie社区打分要求后就可以开始申请了。
- 拿到Sault Ste. Marie社区的全职永久的工作offer
One of the requirements is that you are currently employed or have a job offer from an employer in Sault Ste. Marie.
- IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED OR HAVE A JOB OFFER, please apply to job postings that meet your past work experience and education.
- Please note the City of Sault Ste. Marie will not assist candidates with their job search.
- Employers will conduct normal hiring practices, such as interviews and reference checks.
- You must have the RNIP Offer of Employment Form filled out and signed by your employer. It is your responsibility to upload this form as part of your application.

申请人递交材料以申请社区推荐
申请人在提交了Form IMM5911E 之后，RNIP Coordinator会通过邮件形式告知申请人补交材料，一般是申请人简历、学历、语言等方面的材料。

社区推荐委员会评估申请人的申请
符合RNIP项目要求的申请人将会得到社区委员会邮件发送的推荐函（ recommendation letter）。

申请人持推荐函（ recommendation letter）向IRCC申请PR
注意：安省Sault Ste. Marie社区目前不再接受以下 NOCS 的申请（2022年6月份这个情况或许会有变化）：
6211 零售销售主管
0631 餐厅和食品服务经理
6311 食品监督员
6321 大厨
从Sault Ste. Marie社区打分来看，70分对于境外申请人还是容易拿到的，当然，申请人的职业要是优先职业类，并拿到该社区的job offer。
