符合昆士兰申请条件的申请人在EOI中选择昆士兰后，一般一周左右会收到昆士兰的邀请信，会告知申请人需要提交的材料以及提交材料的期限(一般是14天)

Information required
In order to finalise your application, please provide the following information by close of business XXX 2014

Completed Application Form (attached) -
Completed Financial Support Declaration Form (attached) and provide evidence of funds (eg bank statements etc) to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds for settlement -
Evidence of a current skills assessment for your nominated occupation -
Evidence of your commitment to work and live in Queensland (statement by you in your own words), including the town or city where you intend to settle -
Evidence or acknowledgement of application fee payment
The above requested information should be scanned and email back to me.
Please only send the documents that are requested.
At the same time that you return your documents please also make the application fee payment through the Visa Payments section on our website www.migration.qld.gov.au.
Important information:
A non-refundable application fee is charged by the State of Queensland to assess your nomination.
To ensure you do not incur an additional application fee in the future, please ensure:

That your EOI has been selected for a Queensland nominated visa only (subclass 489 or 190) only. If you have also selected a subclass 189 visa, your EOI may be accepted as part of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection monthly rounds and subject to 18 month processing. If you continue to seek Queensland nomination, you will then be required to both not accept the invitation and wait 60 days for it to become active again OR relodge a new EOI where an application fee will be charged. -
All information in your EOI is complete and correct, including all information about education, experience and IELTS has been updated.
Your additional information to be assessed for nomination will not be reviewed until the application fee has been paid.
If the above documents are not received by this date it will assumed you no longer wish to be considered for nomination by Queensland Government. Alternatively, if you are unable to provide the information by the due date, please contact us within 14 days to seek an extension.
