哪些人无需满足专业要求？
根据目前加拿大的移民政策，符合以下条件之一的国际毕业生在申请毕业工签的时候，无需满足专业要求：
- 无论就读什么级别的课程，均在 2024 年 11 月 1 日之前提交了毕业工签 (PGWP) 申请。
- 毕业于符合 PGWP 资格的飞行学校。
- 就读学士学位、硕士学位或博士学位的课程，获得了学位。
- 在 2024 年 11 月 1 日之前申请了学习许可。
Who doesn’t need to meet the field of study requirement
You don’t need to meet the field of study requirement if one of the following applies to you:
- You submitted your PGWP application before November 1, 2024, regardless of level of study.
- You graduated from a PGWP-eligible flight school.
- You graduated with a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or doctoral degree.
- You applied for a study permit before November 1, 2024.
If you don’t meet one of the exceptions above, use the table below to check if your program is eligible for a PGWP.

就读哪些专业有资格申请毕业工签？
2025年6月25日，加拿大移民、难民及公民部（IRCC）对符合毕业后工作许可（PGWP）资格的学习领域进行了重大调整，以反映2025年劳动力市场的最新需求。
盖茨政策新增了119个学习领域，使其有资格获得PGWP，同时取消了178个学习领域的资格。
截至本次更新，目前共有 920 个符合毕业工签 (PGWP) 资格的学习领域。
新增的 119 个教育课程涉及以下学习领域：
- 医疗保健和社会服务
- 教育
- 技工
注意：在2025年6月25日之前提交学习许可申请的学生将不受此政策影响：只要其学习领域在申请时位于已获批准的PGWP合格名单上，即使该专业领域已被删除，他们仍然有资格获得PGWP。
