安省省提名项目OOPNP( Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Progra)： 安省省提名项目是一个雇主为主导的项目，有两个类别，普通类别-招收外国工人，留学生类别-招收国际留学生。
**大多伦多地区的定义：**Greater Toronto Area (GTA)，即大多伦多地区，包括的城市有：多伦多、杜伦、霍尔顿、约克和皮尔郡（Toronto, Durham, Halton, York and Peel regions.）
**安省省提名申请流程：**首先申请人要获得雇主的长期工作offer，职业必须是NOC 0, A or B的。然后雇主先申请职位预评估，雇主申请的职位被批准后，申请人就可以向安省提交省提名申请。获得提名函后，可以向CIC申请永居签证了。
**安省省提名处理周期：**安省省提名是先到先处理的原则，雇主和提名者处理时间为64个工作日或者90个自然日，上述的申请处理时间为85个工作日或者120个自然日.
CIC永居签证申请处理周期： 一般是12个月之内。
**可以随行的家庭成员：**配偶，或者同居超过1年的同居伴侣；不满19周岁的未婚子女，或者满19周岁，财政依靠父母的子女。
提交省提名申请后个人信息如何变更： 下载填写此表：Change of Personal Information form ，然后邮寄到如下地址：

雇主相关
如果提名人未来工作场所不是雇主经营场所： 对某些行业来说，有时工作场地就是不在经营场所 ，比如建筑行业。如果实际的工作在另外的地方，或者是雇主正常业务的一部分，安省会认为这是合理的。
What if the place of work for the prospective nominee is at a location or locations outside of the business premises of the employer?
In certain cases, such as the construction sector, the work that the nominee would carry out may not be located at the business premises of the employer. If the actual work is done at another location or as part of the employer’s normal business operations, Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Program will deem that the work takes place at the business premises where the employer administers the business.
**雇主如何寻找雇员：**安省不负责向雇主提供申名单，需要雇主自己招聘员工。
**雇主不需要申请LMIA:**安省省提名雇主豁免LMIA，只要满足安省的条件就可以了。
长期全职工作的定义（ a permanent full-time job）：
全职指的是在12个月的周期之内从事带薪工作1560小时。有些工作虽然满足12个月内工作1560小时，但是不能认为是全职，比如：季节工，兼职，分销商，代理人员，在家办公的人员，或者远程办公人员。
- Seasonal, cyclical or part-time employees regardless of their working hours.
- Subcontractors or agency workers.
- Employees who do not work on the company’s premises, such as employees who work from home, or employees who work in a ‘virtual’ location and serve the employer by telecommuting.
长期工作，指的是同一个职位连续的工作，不指定结束日期。
外国工人相关
**两年的工作经验要求的工作类型：**无在加拿大境内的工作经验，安省只认可可验证的，相关的，和带薪的全职工作经验，并且经过CIC批准的工作的经验（如持有工作许可），且是近5年内的。不认可无偿或者志愿者工作。
有job offer的外国留学生
所学专业是否要和offer上的工作相关： 无需相关。
博士生
当前在安省学习博士课程的外国交换生能否申请： 可以申请，需要在安省完成2年的学习，并且学位由安省学校颁发，没有返回条例限制就可以。
硕士生
**硕士生怎样证明与安省的联系：**可以提交书面信，信中要包含：你打算在安省购买的财产，你在安省的亲属或者其他社会关系等。
What kind of ties to Ontario do I need to demonstrate?
You should include with your application any other information you consider to be relevant in demonstrating your ties to the province and your intention to settle in Ontario. This information can be submitted in a letter (it does not need to follow a particular format/template) and can include information such as, properties you may have purchased in Ontario, family and social relationships you may have in the province, etc. The program will consider this information when assessing your intention to settle in the province.
**硕士生安家资金的计算时：**子女是加拿大永居或者公民，计算安家资金的时候也需要计算。
如果硕士申请人银行账户资金不够安家资金： 需要提交个人资金解释信；收入来源和存款证明材料。
If you do not have sufficient money in your bank account (s), you need to submit:
- A Personal Funds Explanatory Letter addressed to Opportunities Ontario (signed and dated) that explains the level of funds you have. It must explain how you meet the minimum level of savings/revenues required for your family size. and
- Supporting documents demonstrating your revenue sources and savings.
**信用卡：**硕士申请人不能将信用卡用于作为资金证明的。
硕士生语言成绩要求： 需要达到CLB7。语言成绩必须是12个月之内的获得的。（2015年2月1号及之后，硕士生语言要求降低为CLB7）。
即G类雅思，成绩最低4个6；
或者法语成绩CLB7：
- Listening/Compréhension orale: 249-279
- Reading/Compréhension écrite: 207-232
- Writing/Expression écrite: 310-348
- Speaking/Expression orale: 310-348
