申请人把NZQA认证所需的材料寄达后，NZQA会给申请人的联系邮箱发一封email, 告知材料已收到，开始审理。

Dear Applicant
Thank you for your application for an International Qualifications Assessment. We would like to inform you that your documents have arrived here at NZQA. An inventory of your documents will be undertaken and we will check to see if all the required documentation has been included. We will contact you shortly if further information or documents are required.
Once all required documentation and information has been received and your application has been processed it will be allocated to an evaluator and the evaluation time frame will begin. At times we can experience high volumes of applications so your patience is appreciated, we request that if possible you wait for us to make the first contact.
However if you do need to contact us for any reason (eg change of address or additional information) please email qrs@nzqa.govt.nz stating your application number.
