飞出国：NT州担保在线系统之前于上个月16号关闭，在今天重新开启，开始接收190和491州担保申请。
另外从今天开始，递交NT190/491州担保需要交300澳币申请费，且不管通过与否，费用不退。 申请费用必须在提交申请时在线支付。
From 9 December a fee of AUD 300 (plus GST where applicable) will be charged for subclass 190 and subclass 491 nomination applications.
This fee is non-refundable. You will be charged an application fee for each future application you submit.
The application fee must be paid online at the time of the application submission.
