飞出国：北领地NT官网公布其州担保在线系统已于2019年11月16日关闭，目前190担保和491担保暂时都不能申请，系统将在2019年12月9日开启，开始接收190和491州担保申请。
Applications for Northern Territory Government nomination under the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa subclass 491 and Skilled Nominated visa subclass 190 will close on 16 November 2019 and re-open on Monday 9 December 2019.
You will not be able to apply for the subclass 190 or subclass 491 nomination during this period.
另外，从2019年12月9日开始，申请北领地NT州担保将要支付300AUD的申请费（以前是免费），该申请费通过在线支付，不论州担保结果是否通过都不予退还。
From 9 December a fee of AUD 300 (plus GST where applicable) will be charged for subclass 190 and subclass 491 nomination applications.
This fee is non-refundable. You will be charged an application fee for each future application you submit.
The application fee must be paid online at the time of the application submission.
