NSW-Mid North Coast 489 申请费 770 澳币，具体流程是先提交 MNC EOI，获得邀请后提交全部资料。2018年7月后澳洲移民部 DHA 要求申请人的及格分数是 65 分（之前是 60 分）。

  1. 填写EOI表格，通过电子邮件将完成的EOI表格及申请人履历、雅思成绩、护照生物信息页面及职业评估发送至 admin@rdamnc.org.au，或将纸质材料邮寄至： RCB Manager,Regional Development Australia Mid North Coast
  2. EOI批准后，RDA MNC将会通过电子邮件通知申请人，并要求申请人提供材料清单中的文件及支付770澳币申请处理费；
  3. 担保申请获批后，RDA MNC将发送电子邮件通知申请人并告知申请编号；同时将申请人签署的R表格递交给新南威尔士贸易和投资部，并在SkillSelect提名申请人偏远地区担保；
  4. 获得提名后，申请人将收到澳洲内政部（DHA）的489签证申请邀请，申请人需在60天之内接受并完成申请；
  5. 完成489签证在线申请，并提供所有支持文件；
  6. 等待来自DHA关于签证申请处理及结果的通知，无论通过与否，申请人都需要通过电子邮件将通知内容告知RDA MNC；
  7. 489签证申请通过，电子邮件告知RDA MNC将抵达MNC的可大概时间；
  8. 访问Port Macquarie并约见RDA MNC偏远地区认证官员，讨论申请人在MNC的定居方案。

  1. 填写承诺声明R表格；
  2. 填写956表格（如适用移民代理）；
  3. 提供DIBP EOI号码；
  4. 所有成年申请人的当前履历；
  5. 雅思考试成绩认证副本；

  11. 签署承诺声明，承诺将前往NSW MNC 地区居住并工作；
  12. 申请处理费用支付凭证。

RDA MNC welcomes overseas skilled workers to apply for regional sponsorship under the Skilled Regional Sponsored (489 Visa) program. This is just one way our organisation is committed to addressing skills in need and to enhance business development in our region.

The long term objective is to encourage skilled workers to stay in the region. This visa is valid for up to four years for the applicant and their dependants. However, after two years of living in regional Australia, including at least 12 months full time work in regional Australia, sponsored skilled workers may apply for the subclass 887 Permanent Visa –provided they meet Department of Home Affairs (DHA) requirements.

Step 1 - Expression of Interest (EOI)

New Expressions of Interest need be made via the Expression of Interest Form here. SRS489 EOI form_120814

Please note: Applicants must show at least 2 years, post graduate, full-time employment experience in the nominated occupation under the submitted ANZSCO code.

You will need to email the completed EOI form to migration@rdamnc.org.au along with your Resume; IELTS Test Results, Biopage of Passport and Skills Assessment.

Step 2 - Full Application

Do NOT complete until your EOI has been approved

If RDA Mid North Coast approves your EOI, we will notify you via email and request you provide the following documents, with payment of AUD $770 (GST Inclusive). Note, this payment is non-refundable.

Please supply:

  • Completed Form R Form-R_September 2014 Statement of Commitment
  • Completed form 956 (if using a Migration Agent)
  • Department of Home Affairs (DHA) SkillSelect EOI printed document
  • Current Resume / CV for all adult applicants
  • Certified Copy of International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test results (unless country of origin is exempt) https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/489-?modal=/trav/work/work/skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists
  • Certified copies of appropriate skills assessment provided by the relevant Australian Assessing Authority and / or registration bodies of Australia and NSW

  • Employment References which include a duty statement
  • Certified Copy of Passport details page and/or a certified copy of birth certificate (for all applicants including children)
  • For any other persons included on the application we require a certified copy of their passport to be supplied along with your documentation
  • Signed Statement of Commitment to move to the Mid North Coast region to live and work for the term of the Visa
  • Payment or Evidence of payment should be included with the application

If your application for regional sponsorship is accepted we will notify you by email and advise you of your reference number . Please note, processing time for applications is up to 4 weeks. Please do not request updates on the status of your application unless it is outside this timeframe.

Post Application Process

  1. Your signed Form R will be forwarded to NSW Trade & Investment and they will nominate you on SkillSelect for regional sponsorship.
  2. You will receive an invitation from DHA to apply for the 489 Visa. You have 60 days from nomination on SkillSelect to do so. During the 60 day period your SkillSelect profile is locked and you cannot be nominated for any other visa on this EOI number.
  3. Complete the online application for the 489 Visa with DHA, providing all supporting documentation as previously listed.
  4. Wait for notification from DHA regarding your visa application processing and result. Please forward to us your communication from DHA which advises you of the result – whether positive or negative.
  5. Should your application with DHA be successful, please contact RDA Mid North Coast and advise us of your likely time of arrival in the Mid North Coast Region. We will then send you further information on settling in the Mid North Coast. Please quote your reference number in all communication with RDA MNC.
