加拿大的雇主担保项目会对申请人的工作经验有一定的要求，比如对工作经验的时长有要求，对申请人工作经验所属的NOC和job offer所属的NOC也会有要求。
下面咱们就说下常见雇主担保对申请人过往工作经验所属的NOC和Job Offer所属NOC有什么样的要求。
大西洋移民项目（AIP）工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
AIP 项目要求申请人job offer所属的NOC level 必须等于或者高于申请人过往工作经验所属的NOC。从职业level上来说，申请人可以平级或者升级申请，但是不能降级申请。
但是医护行业背景的申请可以降级申请，比如有NOC 32101 注册护士（TEER 2类）和NOC 31301执照护士（TEER 2类）工作经验的申请人可以按照33102 护士助理、勤杂工和病人服务助理（TEER 3类）和44101家庭保健工作者（TEER 4类）这两个TEER 4类职业来申请，即降级申请。
- The job must be at the same skill level as, or higher than, the work experience that qualified you for the job (refer to the table below), unless you’re an international graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Atlantic Canada.
- For certain health care sector jobs, you don’t need to have a job offer at the same skill level as, or higher than, the qualifying work experience.

BC PNP 雇主担保项目工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
BC雇主担保申请，job offer的NOC level 可以比申请人工作经验所属的NOC Level 低，也就是说可以降级申请。
BC申请中，高度相关的工作经验（directly related work experience）才可以加分。BC认定的高度相关工作经验是和job offer 上的岗位同一个NOC代码。
特殊情况：如果申请人的工作经验和job offer上的岗位相关(但是非高度相关 ，非同一个NOC 代码)是属于同一个NOC Level或者高一个Level 的，如果能证明工作内容的确高度相关也可以加分: 比如在推荐信上体现的工作内容和工作职责和job offer上的职业高度相关，也是可以加分。
The BC PNP defines directly related work experience as paid employment that is classified under
the same NOC code as the B.C. job offer that you have accepted. Experience in a related
occupation at a NOC TEER category equal to or higher than the NOC TEER category of the B.C. job
offer may also be included if, at the time of application, you can satisfactorily demonstrate how
this work experience is directly related.
OINP安省雇主担保项目工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
安省雇主担保项目明确了申请人要至少2年的工作经验，且工作经验需要和job offer上的岗位属于同一个NOC 职业代码。
如果申请人近5年的工作中无法达到2年和job offer上同一个职业代码的工作经验是不可以的。
You must meet one of the following requirements depending on the position of the job offer:
- If your job offer is for an occupation that requires a mandatory licence or other authorization in Ontario, you must hold a valid licence or authorization from the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario at the time of application submission.
- If your job offer is not for an occupation that requires a mandatory licence or other authorization in Ontario, you must demonstrate work experience in the same occupation as the NOC code of your job offer.
To meet the work experience requirement, you must have at least two years of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in the same occupation (same National Occupational Classification code) as your job offer.
You must have gained this work experience within the five years prior to the date you submit your application, not the date you received the invitation to apply. If your work experience was gained in Canada, you must have been legally living and working in Canada.
SINP萨省雇主担保项目技术工人类别工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
萨省雇主担保项目，要求至少近10年内有一年和提名职业相同的工作经验。基本上至少要有一年工作经验要和job offer上的岗位属于同一个NOC 职业代码。
Have at least one-year work experience in the past 10 years (in your intended occupation).
但是实际操作中，也并不是一定要同一个职业代码，高度相关的工作经验也是可以的。比如申请人过往一直做会计工作，那么申请人匹配的雇主offer也可以是财务文员、会计技师这些不同代码的职业。这个要视具体情况而定。
阿省机遇类别（AAIP-AOS）项目工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
阿省AOS类别递交申请时申请人所从事的职业和提名职业以及过往工作经验（对境外申请人来说30个月内24个月境内外工作经验）都必须是同一个职业，且在省提名审理期间也要维持同一职业，所谓同一个职业，就是需要是同一个NOC。
Your ‘current occupation’ is the occupation you are working in at the time your application is submitted.
Your current occupation must also match your work experience at the time your application is submitted and at the time the AAIP assesses your application.
Eligible work experience
At the time your application is submitted you must have either:
- a minimum of 12 months full-time work experience in your current occupation in Alberta within the last 18 months, or
- a minimum of 24 months of full-time work experience in your current occupation in Canada or abroad within the last 30 months or both – this work experience can be a combination of experience gained in Alberta, in Canada (outside Alberta) or abroad.
阿省EE类别项目（AAIP-EE）工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
阿省EE类别项目本身对工作经验的NOC level和job offer 的 NOC level对应关系没有做要求，按照EE的要求来就可以，对于境外申请人来，就按照FSW对工作经验的要求来就可以，即近10年内至少一年和job offer 同一NOC职业代码工作经验，不是同一职业代码的也无法在CRS打分系统中加分了。
Your skilled work experience must be
in the same type of job (have the same NOC) as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation)
within the last 10 years
paid work (have been paid wages or earned commission—volunteer work or unpaid internships don’t count)
at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week)—you can meet this in a few different ways:
full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
equal amount in part-time work:
for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement
full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
NSNP 雇主担保项目技术工人类别工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
NSNP新省雇主担保项目技术工人类别没有对申请人的工作经验的NOC和job offer的NOC做明确规定，要求近5年内1年相关（Related）工作经验。
have 1 year of work experience related to the job. Workers in TEER category 4 or 5 of the National Occupational Classification must already have six months’ experience with the employer.);
NB PNP雇主担保项目工作经验NOC和Job Offer NOC对应要求
当前，NB省提名项目SW类别没有对申请人的工作经验的NOC和job offer的NOC做明确规定，要求申请人要有近5年内获得的相关工作经验（related work experience obtained in the five years）。该项目之前是明确要求申请人的工作经验必须和iob offer上职业属于同一个NOC。
