新西兰移民配额计划 New Zealand immigration planning range
新西兰技术移民2016年10月起开始紧缩，2016年7月到2018年6月2个配额年度总配额比此前减少5000，范围变为 85000- 90000，平均每年不到4.5万。为缩减移民配额，新西兰技术移民 EOI 通过分统一提高到 160 分，家庭担保类移民从 5500 减少到 2000 并暂时关闭父母团聚移民邀请。
从上面数据看的出来，2016-2018年度，新西兰技术及商业类配额减少 1500 左右，2016/17年度技术和商业类配额继续维持在 50500 之上。
The planning range for the NZRP is being lowered for the two years between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2018. The range will be 85,000 to 95,000 compared with 90,000 to 100,000 for the last two years.
As well as the changes to the SMC the number of places for the capped family categories is being reduced from 5,500 to 2,000 per year and the Parent Category will be temporarily closed for new applications while it is reviewed. As a result, no Expressions of Interest will be selected from the Parent Category Pool from 12 October 2016.
The New Zealand Government has set the total planning range for the Skilled/Business stream of the NZRP across the 2016/17 and 2017/18 years at 50,500–57,500.
