荷兰无犯罪办理指南（Netherlands Certificate of Good Conduct） - 飞出国
海外申请人可以直接向Justis申请荷兰无犯罪证明：
1.下载并填写无犯罪证明申请表（Certificate of Conduct for Natural Persons）
填表注意事项：申请表的第2项需要由要求无犯罪的机构填写，如果不能填写，要提供他们要求无犯罪的官方信函。
- Data applicant (section 1)
- Data organisation/establishment (section 2.1) This section has to be filled out by the department that requires the certificate. If they are unable to do this, an official letter or brochure which states that you have to apply for a certificate of conduct will do.
- Purpose of the application (section 2.2)
- Screening profile (section 2.3 or 2.4)
- You need to bring all 6 pages of the application form;
**澳洲移民局要求：**Before submitting the application form to the municipality or COVOG, you should send the form to the nearest Australian Embassy or Department office for completion.
2.证明无犯罪用途的官方文件；
an official document which states what the purpose is of your application, provided by the interested party;
3.护照复印件；
4.申请费30.05欧元，提供费用支付证明，费用支付到：
