根据澳洲移民局DIBP官方定义，申请人申请技术移民可以包含随行家属在申请中，不论是递交签证申请的时候，还是递交了签证申请在移民局下签前都可以加入随行家属一起移民。
You can include members of the family unit in your application. You can:
- include them when you lodge your visa application
- add them after you lodge your application but before we decide on your visa.
澳洲技术移民随行家属主要包括：
- 主申请人的配偶或者事实伴侣
- 主申请人的子女，或者主申请人配偶/伴侣的子女，子女包括亲生子女，继子女以及收养子女，随行子女包括18岁以下的未婚（未订婚/无事实伴侣）子女，18岁-23岁依赖于主申请人或者主申请人配偶/伴侣的子女，或者23岁以上由于身体或者精神残疾依赖于主申请人或者主申请人配偶/伴侣的子女
- 以上定义子女的子女
For visa purposes, you are a member of the main applicant’s family unit if you are:
the main applicant’s spouse or de facto partner
the main applicant’s child, or their partner’s child, who is not engaged, married or in a de facto relationship and is:
- aged under 18 years, or
- aged 18 to 23 years and dependent on the main applicant or the main applicant’s partner, or
- aged 23 years or older and dependent on the main applicant or the main applicant’s partner due to a partial or total physical or mental disability

澳洲技术移民随行配偶/伴侣Partner-飞出国
- 澳洲技术移民随行配偶或者事实伴侣可以是异性，也可以是同性，关系可以是注册结婚的，也可以是事实伴侣（没有登记结婚），但是澳洲移民局只认可一个婚姻（伴侣）关系。
Your partner is your spouse or de facto partner of the same or opposite sex. You can be:
in a married relationship
in a de facto relationship

- 澳洲技术移民事实伴侣De facto可以是没有法定注册结婚的男女朋友关系或者同性伴侣关系，具体需要满足以下要求：
- 两人决心与彼此共同生活
- 关系真实且持续
- 两人住在一起，没有长久分居
- 两人没有亲属关系
- 事实伴侣关系需要持续至少一年，其中约会或者网恋的时间段不算入事实伴侣关系的持续时间
A de facto relationship is one where you and your partner are not legally married to each other but:
- you are committed to a shared life excluding all others
- your relationship is genuine and continuing
- you live together or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis
- you are not related by family
A de facto relationship can be with someone of the same or different sex.
Time you spent dating or in an online relationship does not count as being in a de facto relationship.
