随着190签证审理加速，飞出国客户近期也是收到了期盼已久的190签证准签信，根据最新的准签信，飞出国总结一些大家容易忽略的知识点分享下：
澳洲签证首登日First Entry
澳洲技术移民准签信上一般会写明申请人首登日期For first entry, arrive by，以往这个首登日期会根据主申请人所提交的当前居住国无犯罪落款日期或者体检日期有效期一年（以较早时间为准）来算首登日期，但是根据最新的准签信，首登日期已经不再参照体检或者无刑日期，而是直接按照准签信日期来算一年，准签信日期一年内完成首登。
移民签证下签后是否还可以提交其他签证申请
如果申请人获得的移民签证是PR签证，不要再提交其他签证申请；如果有其他已经递交但是没有下签的签证申请请尽快撤销，以免影响当前已获得的PR签证。

如果申请人获得的移民签证是TR签证，可以再提交其他签证申请。比如申请人拿到489签证后，只要符合189/190签证申请条件，那么还是可以递交189/190签证申请的。
如果申请人已经递交489签证申请，还未下签，但是又符合189/190签证申请条件，可以撤销489签证申请后再递交189/190签证申请；如果暂时不想撤销489签证申请，那么可以先递交189/190签证申请，后续移民局会通知申请人撤销489签证申请。
总体原则，申请人只能持有一个实质性澳洲签证substantive visa。
下签后个人信息更新
下签后，个人信息有更新，主要包括姓名变更，护照更新，联系方式更新，地址以及家庭成员变更，都可以通过immiAccount进行更新。
