- 用于NSW的EOI需要里面只勾选一个签证类别，且只勾选NSW，如果里面勾选了多个签证类别或者多个州，或者州那里选择的Any，都是不符合的。当然，申请人可以提交多个EOI。
Subclass and State Selection
To be considered for a NSW invitation round, your EOI must target a single visa subclass and specifically seek nomination by NSW. If you select multiple visa subclasses or states (including ‘Any’), your EOI will be disqualified.

- 用于NSW的EOI递交时间没有限制，即使现在是新财年了，之前递交的EOI也是可以继续用的，EOI递交的时间也不会对收到NSW邀请的概率有影响
Submission Timing
There’s no need to submit a new EOI for the current program year. All valid EOIs are considered equally during an invitation round, and the timing of your submission doesn’t affect your chances of being invited for NSW nomination.
- 确保申请材料的有效期，至少在收到NSW邀请后还有5个工作日的有效期。这个主要针对护照，英语成绩以及职业评估函等有有效期的材料，如果在收到NSW邀请的时候已经过期或者将在5个工作日内过期，那么不符合NSW担保的要求。
Document Validity
Ensure that all your documents are valid on the day you’re invited to apply and remain so for at least five business days after applying. If any documents, including your English and skills assessments or passport, have expired or will expire within five business days, you’ll be ineligible for NSW nomination.
- EOI中claim的分数需要确保在收到NSW邀请时能提供对应的有效证明材料，且这些材料至少要有5个工作日的有效期。如果所提供的材料不能证明EOI分数，则不符合NSW担保的要求。
Points Claims
If invited, you must provide valid evidence for all points claims in your EOI. This evidence must remain valid for at least five business days after you apply for NSW nomination. If you can’t meet this requirement, you won’t be able to apply using your invitation.
- 关于工作年限，NSW只接受以下两种工作年限计算方法：
- Deemed Skilled Date：通常适用于扣减年限的职业评估，评估函上明确写了技能认定日期之后的工作履历，可以算作技能雇佣，工作年限加分
- Date Qualified：如果职业评估函没有扣年限，那么一般是完成了该提名职业的要求学历之后的工作经验可以算作技能雇佣，工作年限加分
而在这之前的工作经验是不符合的。
Employment Claims
For NSW nomination, you can only claim skilled employment after a specific date:
- Deemed Skilled Date: If stated on your skills assessment, you can claim skilled employment only after the date you’re deemed skilled in your occupation.
- Date Qualified: If your skills assessment doesn’t state a deemed skilled date, you can claim skilled employment only after completing your qualifying study in your nominated occupation.
Claiming skilled employment before NSW deems you skilled will make you ineligible to accept an invitation for NSW nomination.
- 需要注意材料的真实完整性，申请人如果有递交错误或者虚假的信息给NSW，会导致州担保拿不到，更严重的可能会影响以后申请澳洲相关签证。因此，递交EOI需要确认所有信息正确，文件有效，且选对正确的签证类别。可以递交多个EOI，但是每个EOI都需要仔细填写。

Should you provide false or misleading information to NSW, be aware that it will lead to the refusal of your application.
