南澳州担保英语要求 - 飞出国

飞出国：南澳州担保和澳洲移民部认可的英语考试成绩类型一致：

  • IELTS - International English Language Test System (Academic or General)
  • OET - Occupational English Test (For Health Professionals only)
  • PTE Academic - Pearson Test of English Academic
  • TOEFL iBT - Test of English as a Foreign Language, internet Based Test
  • CAE - Cambridge English: Advanced

当前来说，大部分澳洲申请人会选择 PTE 考试，而如果要同时申请加拿大的话只能考 G 类雅思。这两类考试成绩与澳洲技术移民 EOI 加分的关系：

  • 申请澳洲技术移民（包括南澳州担保），首先要满足澳洲移民部要求的 Competent English 水平，也即雅思4个6或 PTE 4个50，不加分。
  • 要获得 EOI 语言10分加分，需要达到 Proficient English 级别，也就是雅思4个7或PTE 4个65。
  • 要获得 EOI 语言20分加分，需要达到 superior English 级别，也就是雅思4个8或PTE 4个79。

在南澳州担保里，不同职业会有不同的语言成绩要求，而且增加了 Plus 语言级别。简单来说就是在两个级别中间的一个级别，例如：

  • Competent English 代表雅思4个6， Competent Plus English 则代表雅思4个6.5；
  • Proficient English 代表雅思4个7，则 Proficient Plus 代表雅思4个7.5。
  • overall 说的是平均分或总分（不要求单项），例如 Proficient overall 代表雅思总分7，Proficient Plus overall 代表雅思总分7.5

飞出国注：澳洲技术移民里单项绝对不能低于 Competent 水平也就是雅思6分，同时如果达不到4个7的话也没法加EOI 10分（达不到4个8没法加 EOI 20分）。

南澳州担保额外雅思要求豁免 - 飞出国

南澳优秀毕业生申请人及当前已经在南澳从事技能职业的南澳毕业生可以豁免州担保职业清单上的额外的雅思要求，只需要满足澳洲联邦移民部 Competent English 要求即可（英国、美国、加拿大、新西兰、爱尔兰护照可以豁免 Competent 级别英语考试）。

6. English language - South Australia Skilled nomination

6.1 You must meet the English language level required for your nominated occupation. Exemptions may apply for international graduates of South Australia.

6.2 Immigration SA accepts the following English language tests:

  • IELTS - International English Language Test System (Academic or General)
  • OET - Occupational English Test (For Health Professionals only)
  • PTE Academic - Pearson Test of English Academic
  • TOEFL iBT - Test of English as a Foreign Language, internet Based Test
  • CAE - Cambridge English: Advanced

The English Language test that you provide will need to be less than three (3) years old at the time you apply for your visa, not at the time of nomination decision. If you are submitting a Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) test, the test must have been taken on or after 1 January 2015.

6.2.1 You must give permission to Immigration SA to view your PTE Academic test or OET results through your online English test account (For OET, only tests taken after September 2018 apply). If Immigration SA cannot view your PTE Academic or OET scores online, your state nomination application will be refused. Please note you need to give permission to Immigration SA – Department for Innovation and Skills, in addition to the Department of Home Affairs.

6.3 The Immigration SA English requirement for your occupation will be detailed on the Lists of State Nominated Occupations as: Competent in each score (or Competent Plus overall), Competent Plus in each score (or Proficient overall) or Proficient in each score (or Proficient Plus overall). If you meet the higher overall score requirement, no band score can be below Competent English. For details of the minimum scores required for your particular English test, view the English test comparison table.

6.4 Passport holders and citizens of the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America, or the Republic of Ireland are exempt from providing an English test result.

6.5 If you are currently registered to practice as a health professional or education professional in South Australia, you can upload a current registration certificate to practice in South Australia and provide an English language test result which meets the ‘Competent’ requirement. You do not need to meet any additional English requirements listed on the State Nominated Occupation Lists.

6.6 If you are currently working in a skilled occupation in South Australia (minimum 20 hours per week), you only need to meet the minimum Australian Immigration Department requirement of competent English (unless your occupation requires registration in South Australia - see 6.5 above).

6.7 Some skills assessing authorities may have a higher English language requirements that you will be required to meet. Please check with your skills assessing authority prior to applying.

6.8 If your occupation requires registration or licensing in South Australia, you will need to ensure you meet English requirement set by the registration or licencing authority to work in South Australia. Occupations with registration requirements include trades, education and health professions.

English language exemption - South Australia Skilled nomination

9.7 High performing graduates residing in South Australia are exempt from state nomination English requirements for all occupation lists (including Supplementary Skilled List occupations or Special conditions apply occupations). You must still meet the minimum English requirement listed under 9.9 below.

9.8 International graduates of South Australia who are currently working in a skilled occupation in South Australia (minimum 40 hours per fortnight), are exempt from the Immigration SA state nomination English requirement for your occupation. You must still meet the minimum English requirement listed under 9.9 below.

9.9 You must still meet the minimum Department of Home Affairs requirement of ‘competent’ English.

9.10 Health and Education professionals requiring registration will need to upload evidence of current registration to practice in South Australia.
