中国的大学不需要直接寄成绩单给CES，由清华认证寄学位证和成绩单认证报告就可以了。

中学教育（Secondary Education）

注：如果申请人完成了中学后教育，则无需提交中学学历评估

General Senior High School Graduates 普通高中毕业生
Specialized High School or Vocational/Technical High School Graduates 职高、技校、中专毕业生

  • A colour photocopy of graduation certificate, including the cover, and official English/French translation (一份毕业证书包括封面的彩色复印件以及英语或法语正式翻译件)
  • A colour photocopy of transcript for all years of study, and official English/French translation (一份各年级成绩单彩色复印件以及英语或法语正式翻译件)
  • A sealed official transcript in Chinese for all years of study mailed directly from institution attended to CES (一份密封的正式的各年级中文成绩单必须由就读学校直接寄往CES)
  • CDGDC verification report required for:
  • Certificate and Results of General Examination for High School Graduates (会考合格证以及成绩单)
  • or
  • Results of National College Entrance Examination (高考成绩单)
  • or
  • Graduation Certificate (毕业证)

所有的认证报告必须由CDGDC（清华认证）直接寄往评估机构。
All verification reports should be sent directly to CES by CDGDC (please see “Notes for verification report” below)

备注：认可中国公证员的翻译。

大学教育（Post-Secondary Education）

申请人如果想评估最高等教育资质，必须提交比其低的所有的大学后教育学历。（比如申请博士学历认证，学士和硕士学位的资料也要提供）

Zhuanke Graduates 大专毕业生
Zhuanke-to-Benke upgrading graduates 专升本毕业生
Benke graduates who did not obtain a Bachelor’s degree 未获得学士学位的本科毕业生
Bachelor’s graduates 学士学位毕业生
Master’s graduates 硕士学位毕业生
Ph.D. graduates 博士学位毕业生

  • Colour photocopies of all graduation certificates, including the cover, and official English/French translation (所有毕业证书包括封面的彩色复印件以及英语或法语正式翻译件)
  • Colour photocopies of all degree certificates, including the cover, and official English/French translations (所有学位证书包括封面的彩色复印件以及英语或法语正式翻译件)
  • Colour photocopies of all transcripts for all years of study, and official English/French translation (所有学位和学历学习期间各年级成绩单彩色复印件以及英语或法语正式翻译件)
  • Verification reports required for:
  • All graduation certificates* (see note 2 below)
  • and
  • All degree certificates
  • and
  • All transcripts

所有的报告由认证机构（清华认证或高教）直接寄给CES。
All verification reports should be sent directly to CES by one of the Ministry authorized verification offices (please see “Notes for verification report” below)

备注：

  1. 认可中国公证员的翻译。
  2. 对于有学位的学历，只做学位认证就可以。
