飞出国：澳洲技术移民申请中，不论是职业评估，州担保还是签证申请阶段，很多申请材料都需要提交Certified Copy，对于中国申请人来说，常见的Certified一般就是去公证处公证，那么，除开公证，是否还有其他认可的Certified方式呢？
Certified Copy概述-飞出国
- 整体说来，一般是纸质申请会需要提交Certified Copy，但是也有在线申请会需要用到Certified Copy，对于见证人的大致要求如下：
- 需要是澳洲公民或者申请人所在国的公民
- 与申请人无亲属关系
- 是从事以下职业
- 如果需要证明人见证身份声明或者见证照片真实性的话，证明人需要和申请人相识至少一年。
Certified Copy具体要求-飞出国
- 基于原件的复印件
- 需要给证明人出示原件和复印件
- 证明人会检查复印件是否与原件一致
- 如果文件只有一页，证明人需要签章注明 This is a certified true copy of the original as sighted by me.
- 如果文件有多页，证明人需要在文件第一页注明 I certify this and the following [number of pages] pages to be a true copy of the original as sighted by me 并在每一页签字
- 证明人署名需要包括以下信息：
- 签字
- 全名
- 职业
- 电话号码
- 签字日期
- 地址（不必须）
Certified Copy身份及照片证明-飞出国
- 对于带照片的身份证件的Certified Copy，证明人在对其身份进行认证的同时，还要对照片进行认证
- 对于照片的认证要求如下：
- 每张照片背面需要注明：This is a true photograph of [your full name]，并有证明人签字
- 照片需要是近六个月内的，白底的，彩色清晰的，能看到全脸和肩膀上方的，可以带镜框眼镜，如果因为宗教原因带有头纱等可以不取
Certified Copy证明人-飞出国
飞出国：按照移民局官方要求，以下职业的人员可以进行Certified Copy证明人
- 澳大利亚领事馆官员或外交官 Australian consular officer or Australian diplomatic officer
- 法警 bailiff
- 有五年连续工作经验的银行工作人员 bank officer with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 有五年连续工作经验的建筑协会官员 building society officer with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 执业或注册的脊椎按摩师 chiropractor (licensed or registered)
- 法庭书记员 clerk of court
- 宣誓专员 commissioner for affidavits
- 声明专员 commissioner for declarations
- 有五年连续工作经验的信用社人员 credit union officer with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 执业或注册的牙医 dentist (licensed or registered)
- 国家税务会计协会会员 fellow of the National Tax Accountant’s Association
- 有五年连续工作经验的金融公司人员 finance company officer with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 法官 judge of a court
- 太平绅士 justice of the peace
- 执业或注册的法律从业员(legal practitioner (licensed or registered)
- 法官 magistrate
- 婚姻监礼人 marriage celebrant licensed or registered under Subdivision C of Division 1 of Part IV of the Marriage Act 1961
- 法院院长 master of a court
- 执业医生 medical practitioner (licensed or registered)
- member of Chartered Secretaries Australia
- 澳大利亚工程师协会会员，非学生会员级别 member of Engineers Australia, other than at the grade of student
- 税务和管理会计协会会员 member of the Association of Taxation and Management Accountants
- 在澳大利亚国防军连续服役五年的成员 member of the Australian Defence Force with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 澳大利亚会计师协会会员 member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants or the Institute of Public Accountants
- 州议会，领地议会或者联邦议会议员，或者州或领地地方政府官员 member of the Parliament of the Commonwealth, a State, a Territory Legislature, or a local government authority of a State or Territory
- 宗教部长 minister of religion licensed or registered under Subdivision A of Division 1 of Part IV of the Marriage Act 1961
- 执业或者注册护士nurse (licensed or registered)
- 执业或者注册验光师 optometrist (licensed or registered)
- 在澳大利亚，州或者地方政府机构连续工作五年或以上的长期雇员 permanent employee of Australian, state or local government authority with at least 5 or more years of continuous service.
- 在澳洲邮政公司连续工作五年或以上的永久雇员 permanent employee of the Australian Postal Corporation with 5 or more years of continuous service
- 执业或者注册药剂师 pharmacist (licensed or registered)
- 执业或者注册物理治疗师 physiotherapist (licensed or registered)
- 警察 police officer
- 执业或者注册心理学家 psychologist (licensed or registered)
- 司法常务官或者副司法常务官 registrar or deputy registrar of a court
- sheriff
- 全职教师 teacher employed on a full-time basis at a school or tertiary education institution, or
- 执业或注册的兽医 veterinary surgeon (licensed or registered)
