魁北克投资移民8.31这批的申请，新的英文版清单已经出台，相比之前的清单，大大简化，可见魁北克政府逐步意识到应去掉繁冗不必要的要求，有效高效的处理申请才是必要的。

2） 8.31魁省投资的要求应该是最后一批了。 2016年的魁省投资是很可能提高投资门槛的（也有可能同步提高净资产的要求）

Further to the email I sent you two weeks ago, it is my pleasure to send to you the English version of the updated List of Documents from Quebec Immigration. Please find it attached.
As you will notice, the list is much simpler and easier to understand. I believe that the Quebec Immigration authorities are taking the proper steps to unsure that the Quebec IIP is still the best program in the world.
As you know, the QIIP will be open from August 31. Already we have seen increased demand in the market, mainly due to the following factors:
(1) At today’s exchange rate and interest rate, the loan cost of CAD220,000 is equivalent to less than USD170,000, making the QIIP the most affordable product on the market right now;
(2) It is likely that this opening will be the last opening at the current requirements, and that when the QIIP reopens in 2016, the required investment amount could be increased;
(3) Over the last two years, the processing capacity of Quebec Immigration has increased, and with processing now centralized in Montreal, it is expected that cases will be processed much faster. Many cases that were submitted in March 2015, have already been analysed.
(4) As mentioned above, Quebec Immigration has relaxed the requirements by modifying the list of documents.
