2019.09.16萨省省提名变革，无雇主技术移民类别面向多个热门职业降低分数频繁邀请，对于工程师类职业，萨省要求APEGS认证，认证周期一年左右，飞出国建议提前准备。
一、萨省认可的APEGS认证结果-飞出国
加拿大萨省省提名申请中，工程师类职业需要进行 Apegs萨省工程师职业注册 ，萨省移民局要求申请人提供：
- 通过Engineer-in-Training申请的证明；或者
- APEGS Confirmatory Exams考试信
Please provide a letter from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) showing that your application for registration as an Engineer-in-Training has been approved.
or
A letter from APEGS indicating that you have been assigned Confirmatory Exams.
二、APEGS Engineer in Training可能的几种结果-飞出国
Engineer-in-training评估主要是审核海外申请人本科课程内容知识点是否匹配加拿大相关领域的专业要求。根据申请人成绩单课程广度及深度不同，APEGS Engineer in Training审核结果可能有以下几种：
1. Denial Letter，评估不通过，缺陷>6门
在申请人递交的self assessment中，有超过6门课程存在不足和缺陷，未达到APEGS认可的级别，广度及深度，会直接deny。
If there are any gaps in your academic background compared to the CEQB syllabi, then you will be assigned to fill these gaps or “deficiencies”. You are allowed a maximum of six deficiencies. If you have more than six deficiencies then APEGS will deny your application, however, you will be given a “roadmap” of what you must do to re-apply in the future.
申请人可以选择 (1) re-assessment，在重评的过程中也有可能发现其他缺陷，重评结果即最终结果，这个操作一个人只有一次机会，需要谨慎对待，补充材料充足再递交；(2) 或者是联系APEGS完成缺陷课程。 If you want to reapply in the future, you must take approved courses to fulfill the missing subjects. APEGS will work with you to make sure you take acceptable courses. You must contact [email protected] to request approval of the courses you want to take.
You must send an email to [email protected] with “course approval request” in the subject line. In the email you must tell us the name of the institution where you are planning to take the course and the name and number of the course and a description of the content.
2. Deficiency Letter，存在缺陷，缺陷≤6门
若APEGS判定有6门及以下课程存在不足与缺陷，不会直接拒签，而且签发deficiency letter，申请人弥补缺陷后，依然可以参加confirmatory exams 满足萨省认证要求。
Once your deficiencies have been fulfilled, you will be assigned confirmatory exams.
收到Deficiency Letter申请人可以选择 (1) re-assessment同上述要求；(2) 完成缺陷课程 taking an approved course(s)；(3) 参加apegs的deficiency exam，常规考试是在加拿大境内进行，境外申请人也有可能联系在加拿大/美国/英国使馆领事馆进行考试。
Writing Exams outside of Canada
It is possible to write exams outside of Canada, but arrangement must be made well in advance. There is an extra charge of $150 in addition to the exam fee in order to cover extra costs associated with sending the exam out of Canada. The exams must be written at a Canadian or US Embassy or Consulate. If that is not possible, then the British Council may be used.
3. Confirmatory Exams，对于萨省提名足够了
申请人课程不存在缺陷的情况下，有可能收到ERC option to waive letter，这对于申请萨省省提名来说足够了， 可以将此考试信发送给萨省，满足要求。 对于想获得身份后在萨省从事工程师职业获得资质，可以继续认证下一步操作，apegs给了两个选择 (1) 参加confirmatory exams；(2) 提供工作经验报告 work experience reports豁免考试。
The Academic Review Committee (ARC) has reviewed your file and given you the work experience reporting option to waive the 3 confirmatory exams. 4. Approval Letter, 直接通过，拿到证书
课程没有缺陷，在confirmatory exams通过或者满足被豁免的条件，申请人可以直接通过engineer-in-training评估，并获得证书。除了以上提供工作经验报告豁免confirmatory exam外，以下条件申请人可直接豁免：
- 有硕士或者博士工学学位；
You have completed an M.Sc., M.Eng. or Ph.D. in engineering. - 或者通过NCEES考试；
You passed the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
