移民证件信息有误， 如何修改？Amend the Record of Landing, COPR or Valid Temporary Resident Documents

加拿大移民官签发移民证件， 难免有疏忽出错的时候，但对申请人来说， 姓名， 性别，出生日期，婚姻状态等关键个人信息至关重要，发现有误，申请人应该如何操作？

1. 哪些文件信息可以被修正？-飞出国

以下文件有误可以申请修正：

• Immigration Visa and Record of Landing-Confirmation of Permanent Residence；
• Exclusion Order；
• Departure Order；
• Authorization to Return to Canada;
• Permit to Come to Remain in Canada-Temporary Resident Permit;
• Work Permit;
• Study Permit;
• Visitor Record;

对于移民申请的永居文件中由移民官原因导致有误的信息可以被修正：

• Family name
• Given name(s)
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Country of birth
• Citizenship
• Gender
• Marital status
• Date or original entry
• Date of landing

PR通过后，姓名变更或由婚姻状态变更而导致的姓名变更不做修正。

2. 递交修正申请所需材料-飞出国

1. 修正申请表原件；
2. 两种身份证明文件复印件（驾照，健康证，护照等；和出生证，结婚证，身份证等。）
3. 学校录取通知书复印件（若适用）
4. PR后犯罪法院判决文件（若适用）
5. IMM5476代理表原件（若适用）
6. 工作许可，学习许可，访客记录，加拿大入境和停留许可原件；
7. 登录许可或永久居民确认文件复印件；

3. 平邮或快递递交纸质文件-飞出国
